You left out the part that actually matters. DHS said the suspect was armed with a 9MM handgun and attempted to pull it out during the encounter. That's not the same thing as simply carrying legally.

Carrying a concealed weapon is lawful. Reaching for it during a confrontation with federal agents is not. That's the distinction you're ignoring, and it's why your outrage framing falls apart.

"New" info is the ICE agent had internal bleeding in his abdomen. Don't know the actually severity of it, but it was enough to keep him in the hospital for at least a day-if not more.

According to CNN the man killed was a ICU nurse at a local veteran hospital. He had no criminal records, besides some traffic tickets. I imagine someone like that could easily have a gun permit.

So first the agent pushed one woman and she
walked away. Then he pushed another woman for no reason and she fell down to the ground, Alex Pretty tried to stop him (gently though) and that psycho agent started pepper spraying him like crazy, Pretti seemed to fall onto this woman or trying to help her get up and EIGHT agents thrown themselves at him and started beating him. They were the agressors.

I've watched a video filmed from the side of the buildings and he was just trying to help that woman get up and they started dragging him away from her. Why??? This is evil. This death is even more unnecessary than the Good's death in my opinion.
