That guy acted recklessly and put himself in a dangerous situation!

By trying to help a woman in trouble ?

Death sentence without trial seems a bit harsh

Death sentence without trial seems a bit harsh

Same as in the previous case.

And of course this will become their standard answer - that by attending a demo or helping your fellow citizens, you are acting recklessly

Just like in North Nigeria

Trump spoke urgently

trump

Trump posted a photo on the social network Truth Social that allegedly shows the gun of the murdered man.

"This is the shooter's gun, loaded, with two more full frames, and ready to go - what is this even about? Where are the local police? Why aren't they allowed to protect ICE officers? Have the mayor and governor pulled them?" he wrote.

As the US president added, ICE had to fend for itself because many officers were not allowed to do their jobs.

According to CNN, Trump may be backpedaling on comments he made about Greenland, 9/11, and Gaza.

The victim followed the law. MAGA now plays idiots pretending that having a fully loaded gun with two frames is illegal. Maybe deep inside they are against the 2nd amendment, while pathetically mocking Dems and Europe.

Those who forcefully prevent the police from doing their job are terrorists. It should be made easier and more liberalized for the police to use force against such.

Lyzko
25 Jan 2026  #699

Nonsense!
We ought indeed obey the law, so long as the law ist JUST, not only "legal".

If the law in question is an unjust ordinance, that's something else again. There are degrees in the carrying out of the law, above all, the spirit, not simply the letter.

The lessons from the Nueremberg Trials apparently have not been learned, Trump supporters.

Those who forcefully prevent the police from doing their job are terrorists.

We know how it is in North Nigeria. The serfs must obey the Boyars.

Here in civilization it's different

Law and Order is subservient to Law and Justice!
In Washington State around the early 20th century, it was the Law to shoot to kill any African-American found within the state's borders.

Once more, legal, lawful yes, yet scarcely right or just by any standard of universal decency.

According to CNN,

No wonder you're confused - you're still swallowing MSM narratives hook, line, and sinker. Same garbage as the BBC and NPR.

By trying to help a woman in trouble ?

But there's a difference between "helping" and physically inserting yourself into a law-enforcement confrontation while armed.

As the saying goes, you can't fix stupid.

Maybe deep inside they are against the 2nd

Carrying legally is one thing. Inserting yourself into a chaotic confrontation with federal agents while armed is another.

What doesnt register inside that thick head?

Where are the local police?

The mayor and governor is blocking police involvement and deflecting from the real issue: fraud uncovered under his administration. Instead of accountability, we get excuses and finger-pointing. Billions in aid money meant for struggling Americans were stolen through organized Somalia fraud, and leadership knew about it and failed to stop it.

Walz will be behind bars in a short matter of time.

I just wonder if Goymericans will actually use their guns to defend their rights for once instead of exclusively using them to shoot up schools.

Lyzko

Only responsible fire arms use, with a license, should be allowed.
Always easy to pay off the infinitely corruptible authorities.

It's happened again. And again some here are trying to justify it.

The real issue is why it keeps happening.

Lyzko

Because America is essentially a corrupt society!

Barney

use their guns to defend their rights for once instead of exclusively using them to shoot up schools.

The never ending mantra about gun ownership being essential to defending against a tyrannical government. Well here is the opportunity for the proponents of this argument to step up. Somehow I don't think they will they just prefer to shoot children.

Even the NRA calls the BS, but it makes me wonder why you still don't get it. I know you and a couple of others here are in deep intellectual, moral, and logical sh*it because of blind support of Trump, but there is an easy way out - use your brains and reason:

The National Rifle Association (NRA) criticized comments by a senior federal prosecutor warning that approaching law enforcement with a gun could justify a fatal police response, saying such statements risk "demonizing law‑abiding citizens".

So far, all these leftist "Minnesota Martyrs" are far from innocent.

Like the rampaging "legal observer" lesbian who was shot while trying to run over an ICE agent, it is emerging that Alex Pretti wasn't just walking by but part of a organized network tracking and thwarting ICE operations.

What The Left Doesn't Want You To Know About Alex Pretti, The Man That Border Patrol Shot

Pretti wasn't just some random bystander.

According to Jeanne Massey, a neighbor, Pretti was part of a "Signal ICE" group chat of volunteers who organized a sophisticated operation to track ICE activity in real time and alert each other when agents were in the area.

These folks patrol streets, blow whistles, alert residents, and film operations to disrupt arrests.

Oh, and this ICU nurse, who cared for veterans, was also carrying a pistol with loaded magazines. That isn't a Second Amendment right to bear arms, because under Minnesota law, an individual cannot lawfully carry a firearm while committing a crime, such as obstructing legal process, like enforcement activity being carried out by ICE.

2025 Minnesota Statutes

609.50 OBSTRUCTING LEGAL PROCESS, ARREST, OR FIREFIGHTING.

Obstructing Legal Process: Obstructing legal process (Minn. Stat. § 609.50) involves intentionally hindering, resisting, or interfering with a peace officer or legal process.

Violations of Minn. Stat. § 609.50 can be charged as a felony, gross misdemeanor, or misdemeanor, depending on the severity of the conduct and the penalty range under which the prosecutor charges the case.

Biden's open-border policies created this mess. Trump is enforcing existing law, while Democrats protect sanctuary cities that shield criminals.

What, you mean these folks were exercising their constitutional rights, how dare they. What is the reich coming to when you can't shoot someone nine times, nine times after removing his legally held weapon.

Poloniusz
26 Jan 2026  #713

these folks were exercising their constitutional rights

They weren't doing that at all.

If they genuinely believe in exercising their constitutional rights, there are lawful ways to do so: petition their elected officials, organize peaceful demonstrations, and make their voices heard without blocking officers, interfering with lawful enforcement actions, or putting officers, bystanders, or themselves at risk.

The First Amendment protects peaceful protest and free speech - not resisting arrest or creating dangerous confrontations that could escalate into violence.

An official statement from the victim's parents

This reads like a prepackaged press release straight from the usual rabid leftist lineup - Frey, Walz, or anyone battling a terminal case of TDS.

Whatever happened to all that nonstop reporting on the Somali fraud scandal and its awkwardly close connections to Democratic politicians?

Funny how those stories just evaporated the moment the midterm elections crept onto the calendar. But I'm sure that's purely coincidental.

And now, a statement from the Vice President of the United States:

Chaos isn't heroism.

2026 has been a rude awakening for the rabid left, who still seem to believe law enforcement should kneel in the face of anarchy rather than enforce the law.

queer

The man in the photo is called Kyle Wagner. He introduces himself as ANTIFA and calls on the residents of Minneapolis to protest with guns in hand. His videos are widely shared with instructions on how to behave and an invitation to pay him money so that he can get as many gas masks as possible.

Alex Pretti (37) lost his life yesterday and now there is a debate on social networks between the left and the right, whether or not the ICE agents had the right to shoot him.

Which law were the masked thugs enforcing when they shot him nine times somebody after first disarming him?

It's not a debate between the left and the right. I'm pretty right wing and of course they had no right to shoot him

It is a debate between MAGA extremists and the rest of the human race

Crnogorac3

- you don't come to the protest armed with firearms;
- when the police tell you that you have been detained or arrested, you do not pull a gun on them.

Pretty simple.
