The reason you threw in that "pathological" is to sound intelligent and informed about the target's mental disorder and to make that disorder permanent as opposed to the post being incorrect.

My "morons" are different. They are either general or aimed at individuals who crossed the red line first. On top of that, my "morons" are pure insults and everybody knows it.
