If west wanted to behave in most "bestial way" they wouldn't have bombard only Belgrade. They would turn all Serbian cities to only rubble like how Nazi Germans and those they controlled in 1944, turned Warsaw in to rubble.

Would have sent all the might of U.S army, to land, pillage and spread terror, navy bombarding any village in it's reach and airforce bombarding any possible road in entire Serbia regardless of civilian or military target. They wouldn't have allowed UN troops or specifically Polish troops to enter Serbian lands.

You should know that fairly well, just compare it with ww2 and what Nazi Germany did in Yugoslavia back then
