Warsaw is sadly graffiti central, as is Poland generally. I've never seen so much anywhere except maybe downtown Athens. I used to play a game when bored on the tram or WKD. I'd close my eyes then open them and see if I could count to ten before seeing graffiti. I rarely could.

There's supposed to be a stiff sentence for graffiti however the toe-rags that do it rarely get caught.

And yes, there used to be graffiti of the big Soviet war memorial in Praga, the one on the junction of Targowa and Solidarnosci.
