None, when Lazarus was forced to flee Warsaw because of his violent divorce where is ex-wife cleaned what little he had out, he left owing many people money he had borrowed from in personal loans, back rent on his grubby little flat, huge bar tabs, foreclosure on his back yard bicycle repair shop, court fees, back taxes and much more debt.

The court consolidated it all into one big payment.
So Cargo with his sarcastic sense of humor bought Harry's/Lazarus's debt and now Lazarus owes Cargo.

From the sounds of it, Jim took tens of thousands from him. First the money to buy shares. On the few occasions Jim was right about that stock going up in value, cargo's money had never been invested, so it was returned to him. But every time Jim was wrong and the price fell, so most of the time, the shares had been bought and all the money was gone (as he'd shorted the shares rather than buying them). And then Jim "borrowed" yet more money. By some freak chance that was right when Jim suddenly vanished for several months, when he was somewhere that people aren't allowed to use the internet at all. But once the "loan" was paid, Jim was home before you could say "finally made bail".

Maybe, but it has better child protection laws. There's little chance that a registered sex offender in Canada would be allowed to live in a house where there was a registered child-minding business. But in the USA that can and does happen, as shown by the case of Jim's friend becoming Jim's housemate when released from prison after serving eight years for possession and distribution of child p0rn and so living in a shack where Jim's wife has a registered child-minding business. It's a real shame that Marge is now in her 70s but still has to take care of other people's kids just to provide the bare essentials for life, which clearly don't include maintenance on their shack, as shown by its taxable value going down every year. But then Jim was such a bad car mechanic before he had to retire that they were never going to save much for their old age.

When bad things happen to truly horrid people, e.g. Jim going to prison last year for five months, it is hard to not feel happy. Cargo went out of his way to try to make life unpleasant for people, so there is a certain amount of pleasure in learning that his life continues to go very badly indeed. I've got to admit that I'm also looking forward to Jim being unable to post here again, although that won't be because he's banned, but because he's again in a place where the inmates aren't allowed to use the internet, just like the second half of last year.

Remember that to Jim his fantasy world is reality and only the explanations that cover his behavior can apply to other people. For example, the only time he's ever not posted here is when he was in prison for five months last year and so couldn't use the internet at all, which is why there are no other traces of him anywhere on the web then. So if somebody else also doesn't post here, to Jim that's proof they were also in prison. The fact that there are numerous other traces of that person on the web during that time, e.g. Google reviews, Facebook posts, tweets, etc, mean nothing to Jim. He can't even accept that being in rehab is a reason for not posting here!

In rehab facilities and certain other hospitals they are often not allowed, especially if it's seen as important that the patient isn't contacted by people who are a clear negative influence on them.

Im not exactly sure, but think he got into a argument with Ironside. Its a really long suspension by PF standards.

I'd guess a permaban since Vincent's not here to review suspensions.
