This one's for European news, like the disastrous far-right march in London yesterday that got a handful of people, hugely outnumbered by opponents. People tell me the faschos are in meltdown now.

Londonistan is over with. That city represents the decline of the UK, and western Europe more than any other. Minority native population, 10% of cops that are armed, thought crime police, sharia courts all in one. Only thing that UK is good for is providing Polish people with retirements for when they move back home.

None of that changes the fact that Europe is clearly moving more and more to the right - Poland, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Slovakia, Czechy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, hell even Germany is starting to wise up.


And your posts clearly prove, as opposed to merely suggest, that comprehending reality is a skill you do not have.

Let's assume that number is 1 million - which according to the source would be actually below the real number as it says: 'Many among the more than one million people who arrived....' but let's use 1 mil anyway. What's 400k/1mil? 40%.... that means the unemployment rate among migrants is 60% - far closer to the 3/4 unemployed numbers amongst migrants, 99% amongst asylum seekers, that the German Commissioner of Integration gives

If 60% unemployment is considered 'better than expected' it's no wonder Germany is gradually going down the toilet...

Solution? Send Germanys' problem to Israel. Syria, Turkey, Afghanistan and Africa are much closer to Israel than either Germany, the UK, or France. Drop them in by parachute, lob them over the wall via catapult and float them in by barge - preferably all methods simultaneously. Let Israel illustrate how they deal with Arabs, Pakistanis and Africans.

Turks along with many others, including especially Greeks and Spaniards well before 1970, were originally "brought into" the then burgeoning Federal Republic aka West Germany, in order to compensate for the lack of German-born manpower, depleted with the death of millions of soldiers during the War.

Problem was, they all ended up staying, most of them, and decided they liked Germany's high standard of living. The trouble turned into a major source of disquiet amongst a majority of Germans, as a large number of the recent arrivals in particular, had difficulties integrating into German society, both linguistically as well as culturally!

Not entirely true. Most Turks came to West Germany after the end of the so-called "Wirtschaftswunder" in the early 1970s.


Germans never had any problems with Italian, Spanish, Greek or Yugoslav guest workers. They integrated well. The Turks and Kurds were a whole different story, and that's when animosities started.

You're correct, however, I never implied that the Turks arrived right after the Second World War, but in fact around the early '70's:-)

Of course, the Turks presented the greater problem of social integration because they were Muslims rather than Christians! Learning German therefore
remained that much more difficult for them, not to mention all the rest of the hurdles which they faced from an often hostile local populace.

That is a widely held assumption, but not really true. There was fierce resistance against migration especially from Italians, who were not deemed compatible with "German values".

Direct exposure? I'd prefer not to have exposure to your so called 'refugees.' the vast majority of which are young males anyway since only a tiny percentage are actually Syrian women and children fleeing war, because the exposure to them I've had was negative. My exposure has been limited mainly groups of young men crowded around the subways, train stations, etc. either begging, pulling a scam on tourists, pickpocketing, etc. They leave behind mounds of garbage wherever they go. And forget about the smell.... I hope that my level of exposure doesn't go beyond that and it seems that more and more Europeans don't want it either. Go tell the European pensioners, the victims of terror attacks, the homeless who don't get a government apartment, the thousands upon thousands of women sexually assaulted that they're benefiting from exposure to migrants.

Indirect exposure has also been negative. The taxes which make their way to the EU funded NGO trafficking ships i.e. Aquarius and are being spent giving able bodied men benefits while they lounge around all day, and when they get bored they go cause problems whether it be rape, stabbings, terror, riots, theft, etc.


The German government use to offer Turks a bunch of money to leave the country at one point because they were so sick of them. It's a shame that instead of doing that Merkel opened the EU floodgates instead.

Close to 2 mln. invaders were registered in Oct. 2018, 290.000 of them have a regular job (although the statistic does not provide the number of hours or pay). An additional 72.000 has a "minijob", meaning earning less than 400€ per month. In summary, we are talking about a jobless rate of around 80% and the quality of the rest of the employment is questionable, the report talks about menial activities like washing dishes and cleaning floors. And even for this jobs, jobless claimants number in the 10s of thousands.

And this was to be expected, since (see. page 5), 76% have no formal job skills, 13% have never visited a school at all (!!!), a further 12% just primary school (!!), and a further 31% just secondary school.

Success is like beauty in the eye of the beholder. If you expect nothing, a couple of thousand invaders actually doing some kind of legal work is a success. On the other side, compared to the situation in PL, where I guess the figures are reversed, ie. that >80% of the 1+ mln. Ukrainians are gainfully employed, it is an utter failure.

I think you are mixing this up with what was said by the German government about the Turks:

Indeed. I can't think of any european group thats followed this trend. Italians and Irish to usa, poles to uk and usa, ukranians to Poland, etc nowhere did they have 60, 80% etc unemployment rates. And that's just work - european immigrants aren't blowing buses and subways up, driving trucks into crowds or raping thousands upon thousands of women. It's sad that merkel lied to the German people that these were doctors and engineers that would fill a labor gap and people believed her. It not only did the opposite and made overall unemployment greater, it made the existing tax base even more strained as now there's suddenly over a million or two more freeloaders to support - food, housing, medicine, education, cash assistance, etc. The average migrant receives 1200 eu a month in germany for rent, food, etc but that doesn't consider increased medical, educational, costs. Germany will have spent almost 100 billion by 2020 providing for the migrants. It's sad bc that money should've gone to native Germans.

On the contrary. I have done quite a lot of research on this, and there were indeed a lot of resentments against Italians initially. They were deemed as "too catholic, too lazy, traitors (both WWII)" and not compatible with German work ethos.

You have any sources for this? While is was living in Germany, the only animosity I've ever encountered against foreigners was against Turks/ Kurds. Remember that Italians were allied with the Germans during WW2. Historically, it would make much more sense if Italians had a good reputation during the years of the Wirtschaftswunder.

Yeah and then the Italians "betrayed" them by surrendering to the allies (which was the right thing to do of course). And before that was their perceived "betrayal" during WWI. Italians were as a result rather unpopular for a while. My history professor Ulrich Herbert has published extensively over the immigration history after WWII, and it usually makes for a fascinating read. There are several stories of Italians migrating to the Ruhr Valley and receiving a less than warm welcome. Several politicians also agitated against them.

You're correct in saying that Italians, Spaniards, and Greeks were not treated any too well, long before the arrival of the Turks. However, you surely can't deny that the Turks were viewed in a far less positive light, being both darker-skinned as well as Muslims:-)

Fact is that Italians, Greeks, Spaniards and (former) Yugoslavs have all integrated into German and other west European societies, whereas most Turks and Kurds as well as the new arrivals have not. Go to Berlin or Paris and check for yourselves, guys, and while you are there, also talk to some teachers.
