To Moderators: is it normal to receive physical threats by mails through PF?

Dear Mods! I have received nasty messages, respectively by self claimed "nazi rat lover" (my cup of tea ;)) and plain physical threats by Mafketis through my email address (as of now on, of course blocked).

Of course, I have deleted said BS and have not responded. Should you guys be able to enter our in/out boxes, please do enter mine and you'll see that I'm telling the truth. However, should it happen only ONE more time, I'll contact Warsaw police through my embassy. The police won't have trouble to find authors of threats.

Sorry, in fora, physical or whatever else threats are NOT acceptable (and legal) and should not be also in PF.

Here again, racists show us how intolerant they are! Not only they are stupid but also they have no balls since they attack women.

So, my only and last warning, Mafketis and other racists!

I doubt that very much as you are prone to unreasonable behavior and hysteria. Also you are dishing out a lot of insults, if you cannot sand the heat get out of the kitchen.
By the way if you are amendment at calling people fascists you might be surprised with a lawsuit of your own.

I have received nasty messages by mails thru PF (of course as of now my address is blocked), including physical threats (by Mafketis). I have of course deleted the bs but if you guys can check what goes to and out of our boxes, feel free to check.

Once more, racists show how stupid and also low they are. Sending physical threats to a woman is not really "glorious" ;).

Should it happen only ONE more time, I'll seek help from Warsaw police through my embassy and trust me, the police shall quickly find out who hides behind the nicknames and shall act accordingly.

@Harry, : Yes, even physical threats (believe me, some other people have been threatened too). Of course I am NOT scarred but if I say so (I can also copy-paste said messages in PF so people shall see that it's true) and name people, it's in order to show everybody how low they are. Sending filth and threats to a woman, only scum could do that! Like I always say, scum have no balls. Yes, Harry, one more time and I go to police through my embassy so police shall act quickly.

I'm not going to spend time over that since I don't want to give importance to scum but I just mean to warn them that if they want trouble, they sure will. Besides, of course, this is illegal.

I can't believe it either. Not as far as Mafketis is concerned. Mafketis seems to be a reasonable guy who argues in a civilized manner. InPolska also argues in a civilized manner, but she is far less unstable than Mafketis. For the unreasonable behaviour of hers, I agree, for her hysteria, I don't. She can control herself (as much as a little crazy French woman is able to), so I find it almost unbelievable that she has invented this story of Mafketis out of nothing unless she is just undergoing a sudden attack of attention-seeking.

My guess is that someone has invaded the account of Mafketis and has been sending her those physical threats just for fun.

Her claim to contact the police is ridiculous unless she gave her personal details to Mafketis or maybe she had an affair with him in the past. Otherwise, why should police be chasing a virtual entity who threatens another virtual entity in the world wide web? The Warsaw police may at best re-direct her to Matignon, 57 rue de Varenne, Paris.

InPolska is a highly strung, rather excitable person as she herself readily admits but she's an intelligent woman and she'd never be silly enough to invent a story like that unless she could prove it to the moderators. There's nothing about InPolska to suggest that she's an attention seeker.

Did I say 'hysterical' about her? No, I didn't, just read my message carefully and you will see that I have dismissed this claim of Ironside to describe her behaviour as 'hysteria'. As to the word 'crazy', I just called her 'little crazy French woman' which reputation the French women universally enjoy across continental Europe (not sure about the UK, however).

Why don't you ask the former poster here who now has a federally issued restraining order against him after threatening violence against a PF member who had drawn his ire for posting content here that said frustrated teenager objected to? Sadly this wouldn't be the first time that the police in Warsaw have needed to respond to threats resulting from PF posts.

Well, what is InPolska supposed to believe when your name is listed as the sender of that message? If it is really true what you say, then the admin has some urgent work to do and check if your PM account had been hacked into and misused.

The last PM I sent was Sept 9 (not to InPolska)

The last PM I received was October 29 (not from InPolska)

I have never sent any PM or email to her.

A little late to come out with that piece of information, don't you think? Anyone can send an e-mail to you provided that your address is publicly available somewhere. The sender can be spoofed.

From the thread title I am presuming they were sent through the PF email system.

It's possibly the other guy 'the nazi rat lover' using a spoof email address purporting to be from Maf.

yea if you link an email address to your account (why would anybody do that I don't know) then people can email you.............I think?
