But it's not all about Blues and Jazz, Country music has played an important part in popular music, even in the UK, but of course, especially in the USA.

CCR were one of the most successful Country/Rock bands of all time and this was a classic!

OK, so many of you may find this trivial, but I started to grow my hair long when I was 16,by the time I was 21 it was over my shoulders and a third of the way down my back!( I looked like Ian Gillan from Deep Purple in 1970!)Friends used to say that if they could see me and my girlfriend at the time(Now wife of nearly 40 years) from behind and the waist up, they could not tell us apart!

From the wist down, my wife's ass compared to mine, gave it away.....people in the streets were fine with me,unless I wore a leather bikers jacket,I looked like a Hell's Angel and people crossed the street to avoid me..... actually, I didn't mind that.

Anyway, there came a point,where I thought that maybe my appearance would be embarrassing for my kids when they started school and decided to cut my hair, for them.

It was a big deal for me, because my long hair identified me as who I was and the group of people I belonged to.

I did it, nothing catastrophic happened, except that old ladies started talking to me LOL!!

Anyway, long intro to this great song.

Why would you expect everything perfect from a song in Serbian language? Is that even rational?


In some types (and we have many) of songs and music you can find various influences. Like in English songs/music. We sometimes like it, sometimes don`t. Some experiments are good, some not.

Belgrade is not just center of Slavic civilization but, also of Europe and world. That is why you translate Serbian songs in Polish and not vice versa.

I am not a fan of Classical Music but even my "Deaf Blues/Rock Ears" can appreciate that this guy is an exceptional talent.
