Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades
Paulina

A German politician from the AfD stated in the Bundestag that Germany has no moral basis to criticize
It makes sense that Nazi sympathizers from AfD are defending today's Russian Nazis invading a neighbouring country - just like Nazi Germany did it in 1939.

I wonder how many russian-germans are now voting for the AfD....as polish expats most probably left....

I think the best term is Russonazis.....
on tvn news yesterday the Moscow correspondent said the reaction of Russians on the street was essentially stunned disbelief... there's been very little media preparation on this (unlike Crimea)
apparently some Russians are so in denial that they think it's fake news and/or NATO invading Ukraine pretending to be Russians....
I'm wondering if Russonazi Putin has bitten off more than he can chew domestically....

I don't know, but I wonder if Crnogorac3 realises that AfD had (or maybe still has?) real Nazi sympathizers in it's ranks... "Voice of reason" my ass... lol

Flesh that hopefully rots like the rest of the dead Russians in Ukraine. Reportedly 450 Russian Soldiers killed already. And here I thought today would be all bad news.

Cannot make you happy for now.

Here is a citation of Bismarck that probably can be extended to Ukrainian nationalists...
"You can't destroy the Polish national-consciousness or Poles on the battlefield, but if you give them power, they will destroy themselves."
- Otto Von Bismarck.
Unfortunately, at some point of time and with help of NATO countries destruction of Russians in Donbass become far more efficient than self-destruction of regime, so it was time to intervene and make a big purge.

Apparently that unit has a bad reputation.
they will destroy themselves
But we didn't :) Bismarck was wrong.
so it was time to intervene and make a big purge.
If Putin was so worried about Russians in Donbass he could send his troops to Donbass, but instead he's invading the whole of Ukraine. So cut the crap.
It's Russians own bloody idea
True.

he could send his troops to Donbass
This was first thing that was done 2 days ago. But this caution was not understood by ukrainian nazis - shelling of Donetsk and Lughansk civilian infrastructure increased. So...
But we didn't :) Bismarck was wrong.
With billions of euro from EU, it is easy to have stupid and externally-oriented governance and still be relatively rich... For some time. ;)
Let's look at this in 10 years.

@Velund, are you talking about that "shelling" of Donetsk and Lughansk?:

Oh, and a quote from the article:
"Moscow denies it is planning an invasion and has said this week it is pulling back some troops, though Western countries say they are not convinced."
Sorry, but Russians are fecking liars.

Germany has changed....overnight....
You can defend your pus*sy country as much as you want with meaningless press clippings but the facts speak for themselves. When asked about SWIFT the German chancellor said he was reserving it in case of escalation. Like seriously? If Putin invades Germany then they'll block SWIFT?
money.usnews.com/investing/news/articles/2022-02-24/russia-should-not-be-cut-off-from-swift-at-the-moment-germanys-scholz
It's already a broad spread offensive attack across the whole of Ukraine, and the way they took Snake Island killing all the Ukrainians just because they could is obscene (it wasn't necessary to kill them to take the island, and the island isn't even strategic or relevant to their supposed goal.) And that's just one example. Look at the tank running over a civilian car is another.
Absolutely bizarre statement. But not unexpected from the Germans who are not only wracked by WW2 guilt but their elites are in bed with the Ruskis

....I so feel you! 😳
Germany could right now defend nobody....not even itself....that's the thing. Thanks for nothing governments of the last 20 years (MERKEL and bootlicker!)
I always disliked her policies....but it seems to be even worse what she did to Germany! (Supported by much of the same media and politicians who just now realize their failures)
I guess the history books will not judge her kindly...

With billions of euro from EU
We joined the EU in 2004. So, after the fall of communism we had 14 years to destroy ourselves (and, unlike Russia, we don't have gas and oil). Poland during that time went through difficult economic reforms, but we perservered.
Btw, I've seen your own countrymen complaining about Poles that we're like cockroaches - that we just won't die :) So, don't worry - whatever happens, we'll survive. Poles are stubborn people :)

Dig deeper. Western MSM reporting everything from one side, deaths on LNR/DNR side is hidden, use of weapons, prohibited by Minsk II accords was listed in OSCE reports but completely ignored by MSM and western politicians, that probably use that MSM as a single source of information about region in making a political decisions.
So, you can think what you want and do what you want, we will go ahead.
Economics is not a priority in this case. We are prepared to absorb losses and cause losses to those who act against us.

It seems that from now on people in Europe should start to consume less in order to spend more on defence.
What percentage of gas supply to Germany comes from Russia these days? Unfortunately, I don't know the figures for Poland either.

Putin wants the Western puppet replaced

Its precisely that, the legally elected president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych was overthrown by the "colored revolution" that took place in Libya, Syria, Egypt only two years earlier and called the "Arab Spring of the People", and every country was thrown into the chaos of internal conflicts...
Here is just a wiki brief: In November 2013 a wave of large scale protests (known as Euromaidan) erupted in response to President Yanukovych's refusal to sign a political association and free trade agreement with the European Union at a meeting of the Eastern Partnership in Vilnius, Lithuania. These protests continued for months. "
The second day after the violent protests, the FBI leader is going to Ukraine? !!! What has the head of the FBI of the United States of America got to do with Ukraine, which is not a member of NATO or a member of any organization that binds them to the United States... Involvement of Biden family and the like with numerous criminal activities. I remember at the time that snipers shot at people they claimed to belong to the president, but that proved to be a lie. So by someone they were sent there... To add to the irony, they called the revolution that brought Ukraine to its knees "Revolution of Dignity"

What percentage of gas supply to Germany comes from Russia these days
more than 50 per cent of gas consumed in Germany in the recent years came from Russia -
as for Poland: the Baltic Pipe is supposed to be finished this year before the expiry of the long term gas contract with Russia - Poland has about 3 billion cubic meters of underground reserve gas storage - in October 2021 the reserve gas storage was filled to 97 per cent of capacity - the reserve gas storage can fullfill Polish needs for up to 180 days - we also have the LNG terminal in Świnoujście - if you ask me Poland is safe regarding the gas supply - however the prices of gas can rise significantly if the situation in Ukraine lasts

Extraordinary
Head of German army condemns lack of investment
- "I'm fed up!"
- Army stands pretty much empty-handed
- Can only provide extremely limited options for supporting the alliance
- We all saw this coming after Crimea, couldn't get arguments across to draw lessons
twitter.com/rbsw/status/1496770302835142657
Head of the German Army absolutely blasting all of German politics. German armed forces are seriously under-prepared and seemingly the high ups are infuriated that they have been hamstrung in preparation for Russian expansion into Western Europe.

Germany right now!
I'm so angry at ourselves for our historical failure. After Georgia, Crimea, and Donbas, we have not prepared anything that would have really deterred Putin.
We have forgotten the lesson of Schmidt and Kohl that negotiation always comes first, but we have to be militarily strong enough to make non-negotiation not an option for the other side.

Alot of Germans are very angry right now....they feel betrayed and humiliated....played and embarrassed by Putin....Russia will feel that sooner or later! I doubt there will be a way back to how things were before the invasion ever again....
