Last days there is too many cries about "terroristic" attacks on Ukr infrastructure and so on... And too many stupid questions, related to this matter.

Russia has depleted it's resources of convention munitions while Ukraine keeps getting supplied with even more advanced weaponry.

Actually I agree with the quote and your use of it with this caveat. Those infrastructure targets, did not include schools, hospitals, community centers, theaters, or things of that nature which were clearly not military targets. It also does not condone the use of torture, rape and murder of innocents. So, let the fun begin on the Russian water and power infrastructure within reach of HMARS. And the Poles, to all appearances, also understand that: the draft resolution of the Polish government about the increase of the number of the active army in 2023 by 17 thousand 128 people and about the military training in which 250 thousand soldiers will be involved was published on 6 December. And yesterday the information appeared in the mass media that the Polish politician Jaroslaw Kaczynski even announced the date of "liberation campaign" to Ukraine - May 4, 2023.
