Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 8

Paulina
6 Dec 2023  #691

the US DOJ is bringing war crimes charges against four Russians who allegedly tortured an American in Ukraine.

Sorry, but I fail to see what's "retarded" about that?

I dont GAF if it did happen.

You're a lousy human being then.

people who never stepped one foot into territory that would have availed them to the jurisdiction of the United States.

They might one day.

NEWS FLASH: Ukrainians have been documented torturing Russian POWs in numerous instances. In addition to this, the idiots recorded themselves participating in summary executions.

Thank you.

Bobko, come on...Don't you know that torturing for "freedom and democracy" is fine?

Paulina

@Bobko, NEWS FLASH:

Ukrainians have been documented torturing Russian POWs in numerous instances.

Not as numerous as in case of RuSSians torturing Ukrainian POWs.

In addition to this, the idiots recorded themselves participating in summary executions.

So did RuSSians. And not only did they filmed executing POWs, but also Ukrainian civillians.

Thank you.

?
Sorry, but what your comment has to do with what I wrote to PolAm? Have I ever stated that torturing and executing RuSSian POWs is OK? o_O

Bobko
6 Dec 2023  #695

what your comment has to do with what I wrote to PolAm

It has everything to do with it.

Americans want to judge Russians, but close their eyes to what their puppets do?

The same Americans that dressed Iraqis up as Christmas Trees, and forced prisoners to imitate sex acts on each other? The same Americans that keep people locked up like animals in Guantanamo, without due process in some kind of legal black hole? The Americans that document themselves pis*ing on Taliban dead?

These people will judge us?

Paulina
6 Dec 2023  #696

The same Americans that dressed Iraqis up as a Christmas Trees, and forced prisoners to imitate sex acts on each other?

Those got prison sentences. Unlike the RuSSian soldiers who committed war crimes in Bucha, Irpin, etc. They got medals.

Americans want to judge Russians, but close their eyes to what their puppets do?

Sorry, but I was talking to PolAm and not to the whole American nation. And even that American nation isn't some kind of monolith, as I'm sure you know. So who's closing their eyes exactly? Does PolAm do that?

Miloslaw

Don't you know that torturing for "freedom and democracy" is fine?

But torturing for dictatorship is fine?
Don't be such a hypocrite!

Americans want to judge Russians, but close their eyes to what their puppets do?

No different from Russians.

These people will judge us?

I slightly prefer Americans to judge us than savage, neanderthal Russians.....

Hey, Ms. Perfect, if you knew that a group of terrorists was planning to blow up a very tall building somewhere in Poland at noon tomorrow and you had the leader in police custody, would say please tell me who they are or would you maybe pour some water over the guy's face to make him talk?

neanderthal Russians.....

Are we talking about the Russians that serve as space Uber? Those Neanderthals?

Paulina
6 Dec 2023  #699

if you knew that a group of terrorists was planning to blow up a very tall building somewhere in Poland at noon tomorrow and you had the leader in police custody

Yet another of your bullsh1t comparisons. Ukrainian POWs and civillians weren't "a group of terrorists planning to blow up a very tall building in Moscow". They were either POWs, Ukrainian patriots or families of Ukrainian soldiers or officials who didn't want to cooperate with occupiers, etc. or just random victims of sadistic psychopaths in the RuSSian army and Wagner Group. All of those Ukrainians were and are protected by the Geneva Conventions.

Ukrainians have been documented torturing Russian POWs

There are much more cases of RU torturing, killing and so on PoW than UA. And again, if KGB Dwarf din't had invaded, no PoW would be tortured or killed

Novichok
6 Dec 2023  #701

Yet another of your bullsh1t comparisons.

No, idiot. It's very real. The US had this problem and did waterboarding by proxies.
So again, what would you do if you knew that a group of terrorists was planning to blow up a very tall building somewhere in Poland?

What if you had credible intel that it's a small nuke ready to go bang? You know that they can be made to fit into an average piece of luggage.

Would you read UN manuals and the GC rules or get a bucket of water? How about 220V to the testicles?
Let me guess, stupid...You would go for both...

Paulina
6 Dec 2023  #702

No, idiot. It's very real.

It's a real moral dilemma, but it has nothing to do with torturing people in Ukraine, idiot. That's why I call it a bullsh1t comparison.

So again, what would you do if you knew that a group of terrorists was planning to blow up a very tall building somewhere in Poland?

WTF does it have to do with war in Ukraine??

Ukrainians have been documented torturing Russian POWs in numerous instances.

Just the same as Russians do to innocent Ukrainians....please note the word "innocent" because the neanderthal Russians started this war.

Why would anybody call Ukraine jewkraine?

Because they're clueless idiots and/or russian pawns or shills (big overlap between those groups).

russian propaganda (official and unofficial) put out the idea that Ukraine (a country where far right parties couldn't even get into parliament) simultaneously full of nazis and controlled by The Jooz....

anyone who believes the russian government... pretty much deserves what they get.

@Paulina
It is called judicial, or legal overstep. The US, is not a direct combatant in this war. The alleged people committing these acts, have never stepped on US soil, and the US has no legal standing in Ukraine. This is a political show, and a mockery of the legal system in the US. This is another example of why smart people want to reduce the role of government in the US. Whether it happened or not, how will these alleged criminals get a fair trial? Where are the witnesses going to come from? You can argue all you want about torture being illegal. But how is anyone going to prove that in this case anything happened? Why was the American there? Why was he in a war zone? Not justifying any alleged torture, but surely that is grounds for the occupying force to detain and question him. Why did they release him if they actually tortured him. Biden and his crew are adept liars, so why would anyone believe this?

Meanwhile, Bidens dumb a$$ is begging congress for funding, but refusing to give congress what they want. Simple fix is to give congress what they want and then Ukraine gets more funding. But now it is a battle of ego, and Biden wont give in. So who is really to blame for no funding, congress with reasonable requests for border security or Biden who says FU, give me what I want?

Paulina

But how is anyone going to prove that in this case anything happened? Why was the American there? Why was he in a war zone?

Sorry, PolAm, but how am I supposed to know all of this? lol I don't even know what American you're talking about. I haven't seen anything about this in the Polish media and I'm not following American media. So could you at least provide a link describing this case?

Why did they release him if they actually tortured him.

For the same reason why they released some tortured Ukrainians?

Why would anybody call Ukraine jewkraine?

Ask Crnogorac3 - he's calling Ukraine "jewkraine" in case you haven't noticed.

Because they're clueless idiots and/or russian pawns or shills (big overlap between those groups).

Or just poor mental health.

Why did they release him if they actually tortured him

To show how vile they are, to attempt to discourage others and to upset the families of current combatants.

congress with reasonable requests for border security

I find it hilarious that anyone thinks that republicans want "secure" borders.... the republican dream is menial workers with no rights and they need an open southern border for that.

Money not given to Ukraine will not be spent on citizens or the border.

The same. They just want to impede the administration and dog whistle to their voter base.

the republican dream is menial workers with no rights

Precisely.

I know European news isnt paying attention to this. It is a strong arm tactic to try to get congress to give money to Ukraine. Its not working. Its like Poland charging Putin with a war crime for any Polish mercenary what was killed in Ukraine.

@mafketis
Hilarious, when all the illegals are taking tax dollars not intended for them? It would now be hilarious if Tusk opened the flood gates to all the middle easterners, and have them take all the money that could be spent on bettering Poles lives? To have them overwhelm an already overwhelmed medical system? Fvcking hypocrical. There wont be any money to Ukraine unless the border issues are worked on. And Ukraine has not gotten any new money since August. Shocking I kow that any political body would actually stick to something, but frankly its long over due.

The United States World Police Department will soon be reducing its patrols. Please start to secure yourselves on your own, and stop asking for weapons and money.

The shop is closed for holidays, and we look forward to hearing how well your own self defense goes for you. In the mean time we are going to fix our immigration problem, feed our hungry, and shelter the homeless, while reducing expenses on feeding others abroad.......Imagine that announcement to Europe.

There wont be any money to Ukraine

Forget Ukraine...There is no money for the US. The bastards in DC have to borrow 1 trillion a year to keep this dysfunctional pile of lawless mess resembling a country.

As I am reading your and Bobko's posts I am still undecided which one of you has more patience...I am out of it...

@Novichok
You know, I love living in Poland due to the unwokeness, whiteness, and the safety that comes with those things. But the sarcastic part of me would love to see the floodgates of illegals open into the streets of Warsaw. To see housing prices skyrocket to a point Poles could not afford them. To see more than just the alcoholics sleeping on the streets. To see Munich replayed in Warsaw and have districts turned into Kabab stands and mosques. Have some Poles be afraid for their personal security, see the crime rates go way up. But then, I dont want to see the woke fvcks ruin my chosen home. Everyone wants everything from the United States, and no on GAF about the United States and what the people who actually live there need or want. This is the fvcked culture of wokeism leftism. Now serving fries with that chicken kabab customer order for Khabib Slowinski.

It is a strong arm tactic to try to get congress to give money to Ukraine.

That is precisely what it is.

Biden has already called the GOP tactics "political blackmail". Chuck Schumer said the Republicans are engaged in "hostage taking". Now with this torture business, Biden's gonna start calling them out as straight up traitors. Just wait.

"Folks - they're torturing Americans over there, and these people just couldn't care less!"

For our non-American members, here's the situation in a nutshell:

1) Republicans want border security reforms.

2) These include an expansion of immigration detention for asylum seekers, the ability to send asylum seekers to other countries the U.S. deems are safe, and limits on an immigration status known as humanitarian parole.

3) The Biden administration has used parole expansively to let in hundreds of thousands of refugees from the Ukraine war and asylum seekers at the border who sign up in advance.

4) The Biden administration, and the Democrats at large, are accusing the Republicans of engaging in one giant game of political "whataboutism". Their argument is that border security has nothing to do with Ukraine, and that the two should be discussed separately.

5) At the same time, daily crossings at are 8,000 people a day now. For those mathematically challenged, that's 2.9M people a year. The Republicans will not budge on this issue.

6) Democrats will similarly not budge, because turning away asylum seekers may be a graver sin in their mind, than even abandoning Ukraine.

7) Among the few compromises on the table right now, is this one: "Late Wednesday, Sens. Rick Scott (R., Fla.), Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) and Mike Lee (R., Utah) proposed that aid to Ukraine be conditioned on meeting metrics for reducing illegal crossings, with money released at a rate of $5 billion a month provided that the number of illegal crossings was reduced by about 20,000 from the prior month's levels."

8) Even this compromise, would likely severely hobble Ukraine's efforts at keeping its pants up.
