Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 8

@Torq

I recently spoke with someone, who said the Big Man has said he would have liked to put Zelensky on a chain like a dog, and send him on a tour of Ukraine inside a cage where he is forced to beg for the forgiveness of each Ukrainian.

There is still a great deal of medieval thinking at the top of Russia :)

it sends in SEAL Team 6 and Delta Force, and those guys just as frequently kill the captives as the captors.

Really? Do you have any statistics to prove that claim?

I always wondered why somebody doesn't give those terrorist c*nts the taste of their own medicine.

My guess is that the good guys don't want to be like them. Because then they would be bad guys too - and if they were the bad guys too, then why would they deserve to win? It's easy to descend into that black hole - once you make the first step and start the descent.

No sh1t. 🤮

Not sure if anyone produced an actual data set for that, but there's many mentions in the press. 30 seconds of Googling got me this:

- PS: Understand I do not blame Special Forces operators for accidentally killing people during rescue missions. Like I said - just pay the ransom like the Germans, and save the person.

5 seconds of googling got me this and many other examples like this one:

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rescue_of_Jessica_Buchanan_and_Poul_Hagen_Thisted

And that's the cases when Americans can be officially involved - i.e. it can be put into news that Navy Seals or Delta did this or that. We don't know about those cases where they shouldn't be, in theory, operating.

Like I said - just pay the ransom like the Germans, and save the person.

That doesn't always seem to be an option (a quote from the link above):

"the pirates refused an offer of US $1.5 million ransom"

put Zelensky on a chain like a dog, and send him on a tour of Ukraine inside a cage

That, actually, wouldn't be civilised. When someone is already defeated (because I assume that's the situation you're talking about), you don't kick him when he's already on the ground. You show magnanimity and kind heart when violence is no longer required. You display your warmth and kind smile and make them wonder how on earth they failed to fall in love with you in the first place. That's what Poland did to our Tatars, who once came in a huge horde to conquer us (we even called our uhlans with a Mongol word :)). That's the Slavic way. We don't humiliate, torture or murder those whose lives are at our mercy. We are not some f*cking islamists or nazis.

See, that's why you need Poles (and Serbs) - to remind you what being a Slav is all about. :)

Because then they would be bad guys too

When it comes to the lives of your loved ones, and when you were attacked first and you're defending yourself, then you are not the bad guy. The time for savoir-vivre and generosity will come after the enemy is defeated (see above).

I don't know who offered that. It's usually the family, that does some "GoFundMe", and tries to send money.

The US government will never send money to terrorists or kidnappers.

We don't humiliate, torture or murder those whose lives are at our mercy. We are not some f*cking islamist or nazis.

That's why I wrote he would have wanted to do that. Of course, it is grotesque to cage the president of a country, and it cannot and should not be done.

I fully subscribe to your message. We are not like THEM. We will not humiliate, torture, or murder people - and if we do - I hope the offenders will be punished to the maximum extent of human and divine law.

Thank you for writing what you wrote. Forgive me, a sinner.

I don't know who offered that.

It doesn't matter. The point is that it was refused. People are not always getting kidnapped for money.

We are not like THEM.

True, you're worse :/

Thank you for writing what you wrote.

No at all, dobri brate.

By the way, where is Crow? I hope he is not sulking (I showed him a bit of tough love recently). I am working on my Pan-Slavic thread and am curious what he will think about it.

True, you're worse :/

My father and mother consider me a good son.

I'm a good older brother to my little brother.

I'm a good friend to my friends.

I'm a good lover to my beloved.

I have beating in my chest, the same heart as you have in your ribcage.

I am working on my Pan-Slavic thread

Excited!

Hey, why you two don`t get a room and discuss your excitement there without causing a barf reflex in other forum readers???? hahahaha

Hey, why you two don`t get a room

You will come around, and even beg us to be included in our Pan-Slavic brotherhood.

Until then, be quiet.

My (...) I'm (...) I'm (...) I'm (...) I have

I meant Ukrainians vs RuSSians. It was my response to this comment of yours:

We are not like THEM. We will not humiliate, torture, or murder people

RuSSian soldiers have been doing exactly that in Ukraine - humiliating, raping, torturing and murdering people and they're not being punished for that.

humiliating, raping, torturing

There are, of course, bad apples.

However, and for example - I don't know anybody in my circle that I could imagine ever allowing himself such a thing.

Our moral coordinate system is more hermetic than yours.

I don't know anybody in my circle that I could imagine ever allowing himself such a thing.

And what if your imagination is lacking?

Our moral coordinate system is more hermetic than yours.

Meaning? :)

Bobko
13 Jan 2024  #2296

And what if your imagination is lacking?

You don't know me, Paulina. I have had command roles over my life in different capacities, despite a relatively young age. I know how to manage people, in different contexts.

If I see such manifestations, I know how to address them. More so, I have the will, and... I believe the capability.

PolAmKrakow

Can we please stop with the war crimes comparisons? The US kills more civilians on a holiday weekend than most countries kill in a month of war. All the moral superiority bull$hit is getting old. LEts just go back to good old WW2 bombing, and kill everyone until one side gives up. Shall we?

Bobko

kill everyone until one side gives up

Amen.

Paulina
13 Jan 2024  #2299

I know how to manage people, in different contexts.

Managing people working in front of computers in some office or something isn't the same as commanding soldiers in a country that you're invading or occupying. Once people get guns in their hands and power over defenseless people, especially if hate, contempt and prejudice is involved... You get to really know people once you put them in certain situations, imho.

LEts just go back to good old WW2 bombing, and kill everyone until one side gives up.

Well, you're f*cked up.

Amen.

You wouldn't be "amening" to that if it was about RuSSia getting bombed. Or would you? lol ;/

A bunch of psychos... Jesus...

But half active posters here are located in Poland which isn`t such a criminal jungle as the US. We are entitled to compare war crimes as we want.

It opens up the question of whether the USA can even fight in a serious war. Could the current US army "nut up" and actually march into Ukraine to end the conflict? Afghanistan, Korea or Vietnam were never in a position where they could have seriously harmed US itself, for them just being at war with someone was destructive enough. Is Ukraine the first or the final line of defense? Those are not the questions you want everyone asking when you want to be the hegemon of the world and right now I get the impression that an awful lot of people around the world are starting to ask them.

PolAmKrakow

@Paulina
Yes I know, I am fvcked up because I would like to see the war ended quickly. The rules of war established after WW2 are not for warriors, sorry. Want to end it quickly. take out Moscow or take out Kiev. It did wonders in Berlin, you can feel the bomb and bullet marks on the Brandenberg Gate. Those kind of reminders go a long way.

If the US went all in on any war, the other side would be completly decimated. All the men, women and weapons focused on destroying one enemy and that enemy would cease to exist. The problem is US presidents have been pu$$ies and catered to the MIC.

It opens up the question of whether the USA can even fight in a serious war

Depends if they want to win. If so, they need the support of others since their own military, despite vast spending, don't seem very good at what they do when acting alone.

Without asymmetric firepower they never seem to achieve much success.

march into Ukraine to end the conflict

That depends on how much they like or dislike mushroom clouds over Texas and whether or not they're ready to kiss their arses goodbye.

No kidding lol

take out Moscow or take out Kiev

Well, the probability of Moscow being "taken out" is zero, while the probability of Kiev being "taken out" is much higher and I don't want Kiev to be "taken out", so...

I would like to see the war ended quickly.

I think every normal person wants that, but not like this...

None at all; simply an acknowledgement that certain countries, the USA among them, aren't very good at acting alone.

Ukraine needs to prevail and the best way to achieve this is to support them with materiel and cash. The democratic west needs to do this, rather than make false promises to help that they never intended to keep like Germany, allow aid to be slowed down due to internal politics like the USA or pretend to support Ukraine while covertly supporting the other side like France.

As far as America is concerned, when they decided to put their nukes in stationary silos that may as well have a giant target painted over them, what on earth were they thinking?

raping

@Paulina

During WWII women avoided getting raped by maintaining a colony of lice at their home.

If an enemy soldier dropped by, a woman would apply some of the lice to her pubic hair, pull down her underwear in front of him and show it to the soldier that she is infested with lice and that he would get an infection as well as 'scabs'.

news24.com/life/wellness/body/condition-centres/lice/body-lice/itching-down-there-8-facts-you-should-know-about-pubic-lice-20160624

By using this trick this is how my mother's grandmother avoided being raped by an Italian soldier during WWII.

So Paulina if God forbid an enemy soldier were to one day show up at your door just make sure you keep some lice and he would avoid you like the plague.

;)
