Ukraine will prevail,

Yes, the lakes and the rivers. The dead will not.
My farts are more informative than your posts.

An EU state deports thousands of native-born Russian-speakers as the West turns a blind eye
Despite its population falling off a cliff since independence, Latvia is trying to drive out even more people

That cruel "ethnic cleansing"...so bad...unless the cleansed are Russians. Then it's good...for "freedom and democracy"...because even Russian infants are pure evil.

The Republicans only want seasonal migrant labor on actual visa's. The facts are that the Democracts, after Clinton have been the ones exclisively hiring illegals, and supporting illegal immigration. Its one thing to dislike republican policies, its quite another to confuse Republicans for Democracts. I am no Trump fan or supporter, but he tried seven years ago to stop the illegal immigration, and it was the Democrats that blocked building a wall, and it is Biden that has torn down portions of the wall and who now wants to allow 5000 illrgals a day. There are laws on the books to stop all illegal immigration with one stroke of a pen. Why wont Biden do that? He could have a hundred billion for Ukraine if he did. So why wont he?

@jon357
Thats right social welfare in Europe is not and should not be the same in the US. But I pay taxes in both places, and am a citizen of both, so I have a right. My system in the US has served me just fine. You like to take cheap pu$$y shots at me, thats ok. You know who I am, my net worth is public information. The US system has served me very well. My children and grandchildren want for nothing. But you will never know the satisfaction of raising children. And the reason all of your little childish speeches and cheap shots make so much sense now is because they come from a mouth who regularly just swallows children. Now go FO.

Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

No, only two of them. Learn history, sometimes there is interesting facts in old (unedited) textbooks.

'Property rights' is a weird way to express it; the inhabitanta are nobody's 'property'.

So, either US bought Alaska and have rights to own it, either STFU and we will deal with inhabitants of Alaska directly. ;)

russia kills French humanitarian workers.....

French "volunteers" killed in Ukraine turned out to be servicemen of the French Foreign Legion

Information about the liquidation of French mercenary Gennadiy Germanovych was posted by the Ukrainian resource "Center for Survival and Special Training Seal", indicating that this character participated in conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Mali, Congo, Chad, Kosovo, and was awarded the Legion of Honor.

The second eliminated militant was Momchil Iliev, who served with Gennady Germanovich in the 3rd Foreign Infantry Regiment in French Guiana.

The second stroke should be charging this pos with treason.
Seriously, there is something terribly wrong with a system that allows scum like Biden to openly side with an illegal invasion and act as a smuggler.

The sight of Border Guards helping the invading human garbage over barbed wire is sickening.

No, only two of them

No, all of them are fiercely independent.

But you will never know the satisfaction of raising children

Been there and done that decades ago; don't make assumptions. As I say and as we all know, your knee-jerk reactions and assumptions have not served you well. Your 'net worth' (or what you wish it was) is an irrelevance.

This however is about Ukraine rather than your views on welfare systems across the Atlantic. Ukraine chose to be closer to the rest of Europe and as far as possible away from wild-east capitalism as possible.

They've got a leader who is respected and admired, together (and with minimal weaponry) have held off r*SSia by sheer determination and sacrifice and will eventually prevail. They care little about western grifters making YouTube videos in Moscow.

And there's some pretty good news today about arms shipments.

Since when? I saw the growth of Mexican migration to the US (in the plains states) first hand back during the Reagan administration so don't tell me it's all democrats.

I agree that the border is a disaster area and new legislation is absolutely needed but neither side is actually proposing anything useful.

I know kayfabe when I see it..... what's going on is kayfabe to institutionalize open borders (long pushed by both sides for different reasons).

Ukraine promises to destroy Europe's longest bridge 'this year'
Kiev's navy chief Aleksey Neizhpapa has agreed with the sentiment that the iconic Crimean Bridge is "potentially dead"

Hey, Vlad, how about sending this to Z:

You touch that bridge, azhole, and Kiev will look like Warsaw in 1945.

cms neuf
6 Feb 2024  #819

They have touched it already - it's been on fire twice

Udmurtia doesn't want to risk it's Air Force against Kyiv's more advanced defenses

So it's another empty threat

I agree back in Reagan days things were also out of control, but not like today. You were talking about the cocaine cowboy days, and more drug smuggling than illegal immigration. I saw a lot when I was in Cali a lot in the late 80's and early 90's. New legislation is not needed though. One executive order than the border is slammed shut. And thats the way it should be. Sorry, but fvck the illegals, they are destroying the United States, even Democratic mayors in sanctuary cities now admit they are screwed.

Dont look now, but Canadian voters are now tired of Trudeau supporting Ukraine as well. Canada is just as fvcked as the US when it comes to taxes, only they have added a Carbon tax onto everything and it is destroying the country. I wouldnt expect support for Ukraine much longer either.

I agree back in Reagan days things were also out of control, but not like today.

I voted for Reagan in 1980. He promised to close that Dem bs aka Department of Education. He didn't even try. The same with the Department of Energy.

Then he gave amnesty to 3 million foreign scum for a deal with Dems the scumbags didn't deliver.

RINOs never learn...Even now...they are ready to sign off on that crap with 5000 a day...They forget that nobody will keep count or stop number 5001.

The surest way to induce vomit is with "a bipartisan compromise agreement".

more drug smuggling than illegal immigration

In the plains states it was migrant labor. the drugs were in different places.

One executive order than the border is slammed shut.

Why do you think open borders were pushed so hard in "intellectual" circles? Why aren't the open borders advocates talking about the border now?

answer: kayfabe

second answer: neither party wants to do anything but both want to _look_ like they're doing something....

PolAmKrakow
6 Feb 2024  #823

kayfabe

This is not a scripted problem. Texas is on the verge of citizens just opening fire on illegals. It doesnt matter what either party wants any more. The people and States are, and will continue to take things into their own hands. When this happens, it is over for Biden and his administration. If they impeach the Secretary of Homeland Security, and I hope they do, Biden will have sacrificed a good man to try to manufacture new Democratic voters.

The term "intellectual circles" is a very divisive one. Use of these terms to define groups is not wise in politics. The Deplorables, the anti intellectual argument is what got Trump elected the first time. But again, why are Europeans not saying "gee you know, your right. Its time America fixed itself so it can lead better?" Serious question.

second answer: neither party wants to do anything but both want to _look_ like they're doing something....

...and the 90% get the middle finger - just as they do in Western Europe.

This, however, doesn't stop PF bootlickers from bsing about "Western democracies" just because every four years we are allowed to elect the m-fers who ignore us for 3 and a half.

But again, why are Europeans not saying "gee you know, your right. Its time America fixed itself so it can lead better?"

It's the Titanic syndrome. They know we whites are going down but at least drinks are on the house. The house is the US.

about how rational putain sounds

For a person allegedly living in an information bubble, Putin does do surprisingly well with Western journalists.

On occasion, he'll say something comically conspiratorial - like something Alex Jones would say - but then go right back to sounding rational in the next sentence.

I think his understanding of America, is not a lot better than that of an emigrant that has lived for 6 months on Brighton Beach.

That's partly because Putin has lived nearly his entire life in Russia, with only a brief stint in Dresden(I'm not including his long tristes with Berlusconi in Sardinia).

But also Putin does not use the internet, or watch television. Instead, he watches a daily "cable news digest" on a VHS tape in the car, on the way to his office. When challenged about this by a journalist, Putin replied that "I learn all I need and more from classified briefings every morning." This is of course a total joke, and in no way a serious argument. But... there it is, Putin claims to get enough info from his spooks. You could be having a raging discussion on Telegram with millions of participants, and Putin won't even know it's happening.

His favorite music band, is a group called Lyube - which is mostly known for producing somber "military patriotic" music.

In the past, Putin has publicly backed funding for pseudoscientific inventions brought to his attention by known scammers and charlatans.

He routinely makes inappropriate jokes around women and gays about rape or genitalia.

The type of men he seems to enjoy spending his time with most, are simple workers of industry and other spooks.

Yet... this is the guy that wraps your journos around his finger? What will you do if Russia one day has some former diplomat or entertainment person elected? Will you anoint him as the new Churchill, just like Zelensky?

on a VHS tape in the car

And don't tell me that after watching these tapes they burned themselves, just like in a movie about spies. cool.

6 Feb 2024  #827

@Alien

It's years old, but if you have spare time watch this old NTV special, called "A Day in the Life of Vladimir Vladimirovich". Maybe the tapes have since been replaced with CDs or memory sticks.

Of course, it's stage managed to the extreme, all the questions are softballs, but you do get episodic glimpses of Putin's life.

Like how he does not know how to turn on a computer. How his desktop is absolutely empty. The banter between his chief of staff, and former chief of staff (who lost out in the Kremlin game of thrones). How utterly lonely Putin is as he makes his way around the cavernous Kremlin hallways (kinda like the guy in the Shining).

At the same time, Putin seems to walk around like a true owner, knowing what is behind every one of those thousands of doors.

An old Kremlin tradition.

Unfortunately, the video is not available in Germany.

No great loss. If you are really curious one day, use a VPN (set to US) and watch it.

Putin is a curious man.

There's a little bit of every Russian in him ;) - good and bad.

P.S. - I didn't mean to create the impression that Putin works from 6 am to midnight. In the film, you can see the day begins very lazily. Around 10 AM, with tea, caviar, and the gym.

Caviar for breakfast?, it couldn't be at least with eggs or champagne and not tea.

He doesn't wrap journalists round his finger - no decent journalist is allowed even in the same province

"Tell me VV - why did you blow up an innocent air hostess ?"

Can you imagine such a question ?

It will of course be something he eventually will have to explain in The Hague

Bobko
6 Feb 2024  #833

Can you imagine such a question ?

I can easily imagine a Western politician replying with a simple "I will not be commenting on this."

As if Russian leaders are the only ones that kill innocents in the pursuit of their goals.

Witness: Biden's impotent strikes across the Middle East, with the sole purpose of 'saving face'.

For a person allegedly living in an information bubble, Putin does do surprisingly well with Western journalists.

Putin's bubble is child's play compared to bubbles all over the US, including American universities. I am not going to give you details. If I did, you would run back to Russia screaming...

Putin can eat "Western journalists" aka presstitutes for breakfast. I watched many YouTube videos with Putin and instantly knew why there would never be a live debate with him debating any of the Western "leaders". It would be like Tyson in the ring with a 10-year-old.

Did I mention that I had more respect for the Soviet Pravda editors

I don't know if you actually had a chance to read any Soviet era papers, in more recent times?

I actually was looking through quite a bit of Cold War era periodicals, and was surprised at how tame the editorializing was.

The facts were reported, given some party-approved socialist context, but that's it. Things weren't fabricated outright. A was not called B, and B was not called A.

utin does do surprisingly well

Apart from your progaganda dog shtick (гав-гав-гав!) what do you make of generalsvr maintaining that putain died back in October?

The public appearances since then don't really look or sound like classic putain and actions predicted seem to be happening (internet outages preparing for being able to shut it down a la chi-com being a prime example).

Supposedly the current plan is for 'putain' to win and then appoint D Patrushev to some important position and then resign for health reasons....

What are the chances of that happening? How long would D Patrushev (who seems like a big wet girls blouse) last with dad around and how long without?

Novichok
6 Feb 2024  #839

I don't know if you actually had a chance to read any Soviet era papers, in more recent times?

No, I didn't but that is not necessary since there is nothing lower than lying Western "journalists" with all the protections we provided for the scumbags to be investigating reporters rather than slimy woke bootlickers and apologists for the ruling class. That's America Layer 2 I defined a while back.

to some important position and then resign for health reasons....

That's the Kamala Plan.

Bobko
6 Feb 2024  #840

what do you make of generalsvr

That account has been spewing nothing but disinformation, since before last summer. I wouldn't be surprised if it's actually Ukrainian-run. The dull and un-nuanced style indicates, at the very least, some Hohol involvement.

maintaining that putain died back in October?

Impossible. The Kremlin is not some Papal Conclave or some amalgam of the Praetorian Guard and Senate. Besides Patrushev Sr. and Jr., there is also Ivanov Sr. (Jr. died tragically in 2014), and then another dozen families competing for access to the throne.

If Putin was out of the picture, chaos would break loose. Not like in Kazakhstan, after the departure of Nazarbayev, but something on that level.

This is still very much Putin's country.
