Actually, no such an order was ever issued in 1939. That is why Polesses and Poles fought from 1 Sep 1939 to 8 May 1945.

Maybe Pilsudski was _somewhat_ comparable, but he is long dead. With generations of compradors in power, nukes will only become a reason to rise the price when masters will need Ukraine 2.0 to kill itself against Russia and inflict as many damage as possible.
