Sweden was right

The fear and mass hysteria along with the lockdowns were more deadly than the virus. Suicides and spousal abuse are much higher as well.

According to media reports from Yuvsdinho, the United States is trying to increase its "biological presence" outside its territory, including in the former Soviet Republic. Moscow has learned that Washington provides Georgia with an opportunity to expand the scope of biological research projects in the country's laboratory in the United States called Lugar Labs. The United States may be studying materials that cause dangerous diseases.

fear and mass hysteria

You're talking about America again, I suppose? There certainly hasn't been anything like that in Poland.

pawian
13 Oct 2020  #3365

Exactly. It is quite the opposite than hysteria. Doctors are alarming that some covid patients keep their minor ailments in secret and still go to work or send kids to school, though they are aware of being potential spreaders of the virus.

Poland allowed children to go to school on daily study. Day 54.

I expect massive epidemic

New record of 6.526 daily coronavirus cases and 116 fatalities.

If they stay at home their parents can't work. That includes parents who are doctors

And now all these doctors and nurses, tram drivers, policemen and supermarket workers are spreading the disease brought home by their children.
The remote learning was working fine, with a few kinks to iron out. Instead of introducing masks, senior hours and whatnot they need to go back to remote learning.

But, of course, someone would have to admit that allowing a daily study was a mistake. So they will just double down, no matter how many thousands of people will die because of that.

The remote learning was working fine

No, it wasn`t. Many teachers didn`t know how to do it properly, many kids and parents were lost or burdened with incredible loads of homework , testing was a comedy, getting online was a tragedy in backward areas. No more!

spreading the disease brought home by their children.

Prove it. Show us data which say that schools are the main sources of infections.

No more!

As I said, few kinks.
The remote learning is the future. I predict that 50 years from now 90% of study will be conducted remotely, virus or no virus. Gathering dozens of people in a room , who not even are pretending to listen to a teacher is so last gen.

Prove it.

I feel no need to prove the obvious.

What I posted at the beginning of this thread is holding true.
EVERYONE on this planet is eventually going to end up with this virus in their body sooner or later.
I have taken the college kids mentality and have decided to go catch it intentionally so I can get over it and get on with my life.

Trump has shown the world that it is no worse then a childhood decease with many people never knowing they ever even had it.
It was designed and released intentionally to depopulate the earth of the old and sickly.
All others are just collateral damage.

The fear and mass hysteria along with the lockdowns were more deadly than the virus.

Greatest words ever spoken, "The only thing to fear is fear itself."

Haven't you heard about fact that people can get CoVID-19 more than once?

pawian
14 Oct 2020  #3371

As I said, few kinks.

No, epic fails.

The remote learning is the future

Of course. With Holograms like in Star Wars. I am for. I will save on transport.

I predict that 50 years from now 90% of study will be conducted remotely,

But we are living fekking today. PiS government, your favourite pets, have wasted all this time which they gained from quarantine in March through summer holidays till now. They have done literally FEKKING NOTHING to improve the online learning system. If online learning comes back, it will be as chaotic and faulty as it was before.

I feel no need to prove the obvious.

Do you also say it when people ask you to prove that the Earth is flat??? hahahaha

I heard the second time is not as bad.
The only thing to fear is fear itself.

But we are living fekking today.

So we can start today, Poland can pioneer remote learning, instead of waiting for someone' else

it will be as chaotic and faulty as it was before

What is needed is to throw more money at this problem. Once teachers are paid salaries commensurate with complete failure in their chosen profession the whole education is going to turn out fine.

What is needed is to throw more money at this problem.

Yes, but the duvet is too short coz PiS has spent all money on silly benefits which proved useless.

Once teachers are paid salaries commensurate with complete failure in their chosen profession

Hmm, what do you mean?

News from Britain

No symptoms for 86% of lockdown COVID cases, UK study says

uk.reuters.com/article/uk-health-coronavirus-britain-asymptomat/no-symptoms-for-86-of-lockdown-covid-cases-uk-study-says-idUKKBN26T2NW

Symptomless pandemia. What is there not to understand? I only wish that I would have symptomless hangovers after the weekend...

jon357
14 Oct 2020  #3376

No symptoms for

There doesn't need to be symptoms for a virus to be transmissible.

And when the virus is passed on to someone vulnerable, the problems start. Hospitals here in Poland are already under strain.

Once teachers are paid salaries commensurate with complete failure

This has been going on for decades.
The Covid just made it more obvious.
Atch is the "only teacher" here with any brains that I would trust my children with to get an education.

An interesting article here about today's situation in the hospitals.

Using inverted commas means you highly doubt that. Do you doubt her credentials? Why are you so mean, nasty, rude and impolite about the only teacher with brains here?

pawian
14 Oct 2020  #3380

Law is so painstakingly inconsistent here, as usual. The police heavily fines people for not wearing masks, then courts find them not guilty coz such a requirement is unconstitutional. What the heck???

cms neuf
14 Oct 2020  #3381

If there is to be a law that is fine - but it must be passed in parliament. So far they have not done that. People are entitled to challenge these mandats. The government has had the whole summer to research the evidence and pass a new law, which they didn't do.

I am fine with wearing masks indoors. I doubt there is a shred of evidence that wearing them outdoors, in an empty street or giant supermarket car park, makes a difference.

Hospitals here in Poland are already under strain.

Hospitals are under strain exactly because they are stuffing hospital beds with flu patients. There are more serious cases that needs to be treated like: cancers, heart attacks, strokes etc.

Those patients didn't go away just because we are heroically fighting with a trendy coronavirus..

jon357
14 Oct 2020  #3383

under strain exactly because they are stuffing beds with flu patiens.

That's the opposite of what the epidemologists in question were saying. In any case, we're talking about Covid-19. Not influenza.

a trendy coronavirus

Nothing 'trendy' about it. But hey, you obviously think you know far more than the public health experts in question....

Spike31
14 Oct 2020  #3384

@jon357

Nothing new under the sun. Public "health experts" are beaurocrats are represent powerful groups of interest, and the interest of the organization which they are part of first and foremost, and not common folks like yourself.

They made themselves complete idiots on many occasions presenting contradictory opinions about "deadly pandemic".

You can read yourself what brainiacs from WHO have produced so far:

aa.com.tr/en/europe/who-criticized-for-contradictory-covid-19-statements/1902436

jon357
14 Oct 2020  #3385

Public "health experts" are beaurocrats

Not 'experts', but experts. They're highly trained specialist doctors.

are represent powerful groups of interest

They represent the combined expertise of medical science.

But hey, maybe you and that Turkish website know better than they do....

:-D

Spike31
14 Oct 2020  #3386

This website presents direct quotes with dates from WHO 'experts' not personal opinions. The 'URL' doesn't matter at all.

Since you trust experts so much and speak some Polish I presume, you should follow doctor Pawel Basiukiewicz and read some of his opinions

twitter.com/PBasiukiewicz

jon357
14 Oct 2020  #3387

I presume, you should follow

And not the other 99% of doctors....

Spike31
14 Oct 2020  #3388

And like history teaches us 99% are "right" until proven wrong by just one bright, inquisitive and persistent person with the opposite idea which was right from the beginning.

Einstein: is Spiky talking about me again?

Copernicus: No, he surely had me on his mind

Tesla: You're both right... ;-)

jon357
14 Oct 2020  #3389

And like history teaches

Does it?

Einstein:

Was not generally considered to be in error.

Copernicus

Was proving existing theories, and clearly said as much.

Sadly covidiots choose to ignore actual medical advice in favour of fringe opinions.

The police heavily fines people for not wearing masks, courts find them not guilty

What has a country come to when it cannot do 'joined up law' to ensure that people comply with wearing masks....'unconstitutional'...what a joke....the law makers really need to understand what is happening with this pandemic, where real people are dying....they need to get real and punish those people who think it is ok not to wear masks or that it is ok to wear masks under the nose, on one ear, under the chin etc....how stupid can people be...do they really think that the virus won't affect them....and worse still do they really have a clue that they actually could be passing on the virus to compliant people....selfish and stupid....
