It looks like cases are rising according to this.
They're testing a lot more than they were before and the more you test the higher the number of positive results....when they approach 60,000 a day then the percentage goes up around 25 % or a little more.
Reporting raw numbers of positive results is just substandard journalism.
Hospitalization has been increasing and the daily death rate has but nothing tremendously alarming.
Covid reporting is really terrible.... everywhere, when you look at raw numbers..... it's a very different picture.
There are some very weird cases like France (more or less steady state since early December) but rapid increases of numbers strain medical systems (even where they haven't been crippled by political neglect) for short periods are usually quickly followed by rapid falls.
Portugal was badly strained in the last few weeks of January and now cases and fatalities have fallen off a cliff.
Cases in Britain have also fallen off a cliff less than ten percent of what they were when they were scared of the British mutation....
Press coverage is essentially a psy-op against the populations.
Stick to numbers and calm down.
