That's the worry. It's impossible to understate the importance of the number of viral hosts; the more cases, the more and faster the mutations.

If it mutates into something milder, that's great. If it mutates into something worse, not great at all.

So, while this is still at the "if" stage, let's lock down the earth and temporarily place everybody in an orbit far enough to prevent more "cases".

No it isn't. Economists, business representatives, commentators censure them all the time. Nobody however has been 'censored'. Facebook and Twitter are private concerns. Being a head of state does not confer any special right to either use a commercial service or (as trumpet did) repeatedly break its terms of service and certainly not to use it to break the law by encouraging insurrection.
