Because a tiny flu virus doesn't listen to "experts" and it doesn't know that it should be stopped by a dust mask and instead it gets through those holes in the fabric.

It also doesn't know that it should be stopped by mighty "vaccines" and it infected the masses in the most vaccinated country in the world: Israel.

And just in spite of "expert" opinion, the virus didn't even touch @Spike31, who refused to wear a face rug during the lockdown and never got "vaccinated"

All you do is bringing up strawman arguments and points that have long been refuted.

"Dust masks" are not effective in preventing infections which is why hardly anyone is using them. In Germany you are required to wear "medical masks" and I assume it is the same in other countries as well. Those masks significantly reduce the risk of infection if everyone is wearing them. The same goes for vaccines. Neither measure is 100% sufficient and not even combined, but they reduce the risk of infection, hospitalization and death to such a degree that Covid would cease being a serious problem if everybody would use them.

This is a bit like airbags and seat belts in cars. You can still die in car accidents, yet no sane person would say "I might as well deactivate my airbags and not use my seat belt since I could still die if I use them".

The difference is that seatbelts and air bags are actually proven to prevent death and injury from car accidents, masks and covid vaccines? not so much... just look at places like israel and signapore where 80%+ of the population is vaxxed yet they're having outbreaks...

In short....the virus is constantly mutating....current vaccinations can only react to the mutations, there is till now no preventive drug available....

That's why I today still trust a mask more than any available vaccine...it's not really rocket science!

Nothing you posted really contradicted what I'd posted....

But your conclusion is "mainstream" is lying to you?

How is yours not? They're still saying the answer to the correlation between increased vaccination and increased cases is.... more vaccination? How is that sane?

It helps with the development....there are stats that show that even infected vaccinated people suffer rarely a heavy sickness, higher survival quotas, less cases of "long-Covid", no ventilators needed etc.

But the best answer is to keep to your mask, no matter if a "Freedom Day" is proclaimed.....the best guard for your health is still to not get that virus into your body in the first place.

But for many that is not desirable or not achievable or what not. Those people will get infected sooner or later...even several times with different mutations and in those cases a vaccination might make a difference if and how they come out of it...

My dad had covid. He was going in for hip surgery and they tested him - he tests positive covid. He didn't even know, had absolutely no symptoms, nothing. And this is a late 50's male, heavy lifelong smoker who should've had his lungs ravaged and ended up in the hospital hooked up to a vent. Well absolutely nothing happened. If anything, he looked healthier and more bright eyed and rested than normal. He laid in bed for a week "isolating" because the doctors and "covid authorities" forced him to and he couldn't even leave the house attend to his business despite being totally healthy - not even a single sniffle, cough, or anything!

I visited him to keep him company and didn't even wear a mask. Almost everyday we'd watch movies, play chess, etc. And of course nothing happened....

It's all total BS. There is no novel "covid" that's killing millions. It's the same general garden variety flus and viruses that people constantly get. Everyone forget thats there was a massive flu outbreak back in 2018 where apparently over 100k people died in the US alone - millions around the world. Did we shut down the country, force people to vaxx, restrict and monitor movements of people? Of course not. Yet now they do it for covid. It's nothing more than an excuse to wipe out billions from the middle class and establish a technocratic control grid with endlexx vaxxes and boosters and digital passports to prove compliance.... resist and you become an unvaxxed underclass...

Now Illinois is apparently going through another wave and cases are rising.... despite renewed mask mandates and all these people taking weird gene therapies that permanently alter their dna with totally unknown long term side effects.. yeah, real useful "vaccine"... it works so well that the more people that get vaxxed the more covid cases go up LOL

In time Covid will become just another flu....it will stay with us and health conscious people will get their yearly shot against it....we will know much more about it then, even will have efficient long time working vaccines and preventive medicine. It will become a normal part of our lives, it is here to stay.

Right now it still isn't. Because of the reactive nature of our early, quick vaccines and the still lacking knowledge more infected people are dying as from a common flu...

In the beginning the fear was great that our health organizations are getting overwhelmed with this global pandemic...thats why they locked down our lives and everything.

Once the real working weapon against that virus, which preferably works preventive also against future mutations, is developed and available I will get it....till then I wait it out, its only a matter of time!

Airbags in cars don't bother me in my regular life. Wearing a useless piece of fabric on my face that impair my breathing just to show my submission to the ridiculous rules imposed by the, excuse my language, "experts" does.

Taking experimental jabs with possible side effects on my health also bothers me. But what bothers me the most is that the authorities do a lot to make the lives of those who didn't submit to free medical trials for private companies such as Pfizer or J&J much harder.

The UK, fortunately, is on the sane side but I still took a TFL to court over the mandatory masks policy. I'm willing to sacrifice some of my time for the greater good. They need to be challenged and they need to know that people are against it.

Then get sick and suffer the consequences just to show it to "them"....who cares!

There's one thing you, Germans, don't understand about freedom. Freedom is not just given, it's not written in stone. It needs to be guarded and exercised by the individuals on a constant basis.

The virus stripped naked the Western "democracies" and showed what they really are: soft tyrannies. The tools are not executions and gulags but denying access to the things people must have to make life worth living.

The government needs to make sure that all is freely available so that anyone who wants to guard himself, either through mask, vaccination or self quarantine/home office, can do so.
