I guess our definitions of overwhelmed differ, it's all fine in mafketis clownworld people die in ambulances, staff are exhausted, beds are running out and people die of other diseases and lack of surgery because hospitals are filled with those that chose not to get vaccinated. In australia we have avoided that, thanks for many polices, including localised lockdowns. we are learning from the mistakes of americans , we wait till 70-80 percent vaxxed.
