Who determines what necessary and what isnt? Going to see my aunt in Katowice from Krakow because she is older and alone? Is that necessary or no? Hypothetical question.

I've just seen that in Katowice, they've restricted testing - now you can't be tested without the explicit permission of the county-level sanitary inspector or an infectious diseases doctor. There's also very worrying data about the amount of health workers infected, which suggests severe problems with PPE.

Of course not. I am too frugal too invite whole family for free meals. Only closest members. hahaha

That had been predicted and it will be only worse.

In USA you cant be tested either without a referral from a Doctor. No mass line up for testing taking place there.

When will everyone come to the conclusion that eventually ALL OF US will catch this virus sooner or later.
Most of us won't even know that we have been infected while some of us will get sick and a few of us will die.

All I know is that it sure has taken away even more of my freedoms.

And neither republicans or democrats will do anything to stop them.... the virus is real and it's important to not swamp the healthcare system but the US response has been too lax... and then suddenly too strict with measures that can't be maintained without cratering the economy... (just what wall street wants)

There is a plus today; some of the articles about the lower Covid 19 stats in countries which have mandatory BCG vaccination are interesting. I'm glad I've had it.

USA and Europe will be back to work May 1. Or at least starting then. The world knows that in another 4 weeks we will enter into a territory where some companies and countries can not come back from. Collateral deaths are just another part of doing business. No one knows that better than USA.

In Germany the infection rate now enters regression. The meassurements taken show they work. The RKI says we are in the best case scenario. But i doubt that a quick reversal into normal mode is possible. This must be done very careful amd step by step.

Many more are still in hospital and some will die, further pushing up that number.

Yet others will have suffered permanent damage.

Yes. Unfortunately that will be the message that some people receive. Other people will hear that things are returning to normal, they can begin feeding their families and paying their bills again. I recall 9/11. A few days after, everyone had to get back to work. The world can not stop. If you think this virus is bad, imagine when famine sets in with some countries on top of the virus. Wait until people run out of savings, and more business close up shop permanently.

Just looked at a restaurant I was looking at buying over a month ago. Price reduced on the 2nd by 30%, another one the lease reduced from 9500 a month to 5000 a month yesterday. This is just the obvious signs of the financial stress to come world wide.

Yes. Sorry you lost friends and family. But if you dont get your a$$ back to work we are all going to experience losses that cant even be counted.
