Come on Johnny, that's only half of the story. First of all, this is only true for those who get health insurance through the A.C.A. exchanges. Second, this is a problem with some doctors, not with most. Third, the ones ultimately responsible for this whole mess are the insurance companies which reimburse doctors only at lower rates (a bit like Medicaid).

For the whole system to work, you'll need young, healthy people to cover for the old and sick - or in other words, a single payer system. Let's see what Ryan comes up with. I'm especially interested how the GOP plans to deal with pre-existing conditions. High risk pools at extremely high premiums is my bet, and the insurance companies will determine what "pre-existing" means.
