Trump is not going to prison. He will likely get convicted of something in this case or one of the other two and that will disqualify him from holding office again. If convicted, and prison term will be voided by Biden, or it will be served on house arrest. No one is going to put Trump in prison for anything. That would make the country look incredibly bad. As much as I dont like him personally, he does not deserve prison, just not to hold office again. It only takes one little felony to disqualify him.

Looking back I would agree that some people should have been charged. But looking back does not move us forward. Trump will get convicted of something. In NYC its a guarantee. So how do we move forward without him. That is really the question everyone should be asking instead of wasting time bitching about something we can not change.
