Johnny is right (and I don't often say that). You will make yourself ill either mentally or physically if you don't change this behaviour. Ranting and raving about the ills of the world is useless. You need help and you need to ask for it, if you're not getting it.

Atch, this is why I go to my local senior center occassionally for a $3 five course lunch that they put on every day.
I only may take a chicken leg and some broccoli and a cup of coffee to just sit and visit other people my age to find out we all have the same problems.

This is where I find out where to go to get help for all kinds of things from health issues, to house cleaners, to grocery shoppers, aids to take you to and from doctors appointments if needed, where to go to get the right paperwork to fill out for a Will and how to do it.

They are a great group of people and very helpful in sharing solid information.
You have to "FORCE" yourself out of your comfort zone to gain knowledge.
Peace of mind is better than living in misery.
