USA News and Poland - Part 7

They have been hounding him for seven straight years now from banging some trollop, to false accusation of collusion, to inciting a riot..
What a colorful guy having the time of his life. Ha !

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1292

I'm sure if he's innocent he has nothing to worry about.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1293

Isn't that what we said about the rapist Prince Andrew ?
Has he seen any jail time as guilty as he is ?

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1294

Prince Andrew

Is he now facing or has he ever faced any criminal charges?

No.

Is trumpet facing criminal charges already with more to come on Monday?

Yes.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1295

Is he now facing or has he ever faced any criminal charges?
No.

Why not when there is so much damning evidence and witnesses that prove his guilt to sully the Royals name ?

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1296

Why not

That's a matter for prosecutors.

And they are prosecuting trumpet.

Maybe he'll be in your old cell.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1297

That's a matter for prosecutors.

That doesn't answer my question though does it.
WHY do the prosecutors refuse to prosecute the well know rapist Andrew ?

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1298

refuse to prosecute

Perhaps that's a question Jim should address to his own country's prosecutors about whether or not any crime was committed. Evidently the prosecutors over there have decided on whether or not there's a case. Should they at any point change their mind, doubtless it will be at least as well publicised as trumpet's current criminal prosecutions.

The matter in hand is however about trumpet, despite Jim's weak attempts at deflection.

And trumpet will be able to put his point over in a court of criminal law who will decide on his innocence or guilt.

Doesn't Jim trust his own country's prosecutors and courts?

Doesn't Jim trust his own country's prosecutors and courts?

Nobody with two working brain cells does. The DoJ and the FBI are all Democrats,

They don't want Trump in prison. They want him out of the White House and to accomplish this they will offer him a no-prison plea deal. Once he pleads guilty it's over for him.

Trump's enemy list:

1. Trump.
2. Democrats
3. RINOs
4. Hollywood
5. Silicon Valley
6. US military
7. US "press"
8. LGBTs
9. Blacks
10. Jews
11. Latinos
12. White women
13. Woke slime
14. DoJ
15. FBI
16. CIA

Did I miss anything?

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1300

Blacks? Jews?

Do expand on that.

AntV
9 Jun 2023  #1301

Did I miss anything?

I wouldn't put Blacks, Jews, LGBT, latinos or military. With military it's more specific, it's US Generals.

Number 1 is so true. :)

Doesn't Jim trust his own country's prosecutors and courts?

F - NO !
You are an idiot aren't you.
Remember Crooked Hillary bleach bitting 38,000 e-mails that had been subpoenaed by the F.B.I. as evidence ?
Do you remember when she murdered in Benghazi ?

That doesn't answer my question though does it.
WHY do the prosecutors refuse to prosecute the well know rapist Andrew ?

Doesn't look like you Brits offer much more trust in your courts than we do.

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1303

F - NO !

Given the Rittenhouse trial where a killer got off and of course your own experience of being convicted and jailed (unlike Kyle Rittenhouse, you didn't get off), perhaps you're right not to like the courts and legal system over there.

Nevertheless, the law is the law and trumpet can doubtless afford good lawyers. And of course the courts will decide his fate.

Novichok
9 Jun 2023  #1304

38,000 e-mails that had been subpoenaed by the F.B.I. as evidence ?

Replace Hillary with Trump and you would be looking at a 38,000-count federal indictment for:

1. Obstruction of justice
2. Sabotage
3. Treasson
4. Insurrection
5. Rape
6. Murder
7. Bribery

The law is the law and

The laws are not the problem here.

It's selective enforcement or, as is the case with Democrat and black criminals, non-enforcement.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1305

trumpet can doubtless afford good lawyers.

Not as good ass Prince Andrew by the looks of things.

Blacks? Jews? Do expand on that.

obama & Chris Christy

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1306

Get over that.

Just as trumpet will have to get over his fate.

Novichok
9 Jun 2023  #1307

Hey, jon, if you want to have a conversation drop that "trumpet" Once was cute. Every time is childish.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1308

Get over that.

Get over the fact that Prince Andrew is a rapist ?

drop that "trumpet" Once was cute. Every time is childish.

joun is Gay so his main defense is to provoking.

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1309

Jim's not doing very well at deflecting from trumpet's current criminal proceedings, is he...

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1310

Not anymore than you are with your rapist Prince Andy.

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1311

As I say, Jim's not deflecting very well at all, is he...

johnny reb
9 Jun 2023  #1312

I think he has beat you at your own game, joun. Hoot !

Novichok
9 Jun 2023  #1313

joun is Gay so his main defense is to provoking.

I don't mind being provoked but not in that infantile way.

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1314

You'll survive, Rich.

And it isn't as if politicians of other shades aren't given nicknames here or elsewhere.

Novichok
9 Jun 2023  #1315

You'll survive, Rich.

True but misses this important point...By lowering your (editorial) standards you (editorial) diminish your opposition.
It's like a boxer fighting a guy wearing a Mickey Mouse hat.

jon357
9 Jun 2023  #1316

My money is on the guy in the Mickey Mouse hat with the knife under it. Not that there are many boxers here.

I do see your point though.

Novichok
9 Jun 2023  #1317

Please make me feel good even if I lose a debate with you.
The guy with the hat would win because the other guy would be laughing and possibly peeing. You can't laugh, pee, and fight. Never worked for me, anyway...

Novichok

The third rail Trump touched:

The use of Section 793, which does not make reference to classified information, is understood to be a strategic decision by prosecutors that has been made to short-circuit Mr Trump's ability to claim that he used his authority as president to declassify documents he removed from the White House and kept at his Palm Beach, Florida property long after his term expired on 20 January 2021.

My question is why on earth did he take anything? As a souvenir?

My second question is will they apply Section 793 to Biden?

Joker
9 Jun 2023  #1319

My question is why on earth did he take anything? As a souvenir?

He didnt want to give it back, so it seems. I was thinking about voting for DeSantis anyhow. Trump has a lot of baggage. If he goes to jail, so should Crooked Hillary.

Miloslaw
9 Jun 2023  #1320

I was thinking about voting for DeSantis anyhow.

If I was American.I would, Trump is a busted flush.
De Santis is Trump with a brain.
