The stance of the EU governments is overwhelmingly pro-Israel. Ireland is probably the only country who considers the Palestinians. This goes back a long way. No it isn't. The NHS is for everybody, not just senior citizens. And Medicare is not entirely free. Only part of it is. The rest you have to make up yourself in some kind of subscription package.
