Any referendum has to be made according to rules that will make it legitimate. Those organised by RuSSia in the occupied territories were
illegal under the international law. They weren't even organised in accordance with the RuSSian law. I already explained this to you. So, what arguments do you have to refute that besides playing dumb or demented?
And the UN Charter also states:
"3. All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.
4. All Members
shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations."
