According to my recent DNA test I'm ~25% Scandinavian! No idea if it's the Ugro-Finnic "Scandinavian" or the real deal, since it only gave me a geographic definition. If you want people looking like Vikings, but who are not from Scandinavia, go to Northwest Russia, or... Normandy.

Also, let's not forget Russia was founded by the Vikings.

If you were trying to invent a country that would have a difficult but colorful history, and would be rather troublesome for its neighbors to live with... you could hardly do better than a country founded by Vikings and then controlled for centuries by Mongols.

I don't think you actually know what it is you were agreeing with. Novi didn't know who he was talking about as he is deeply confused about the difference between England, Ireland and Northern Ireland so you're agreeing with somebody who wasn't making any sense in the first place. I was talking about Ireland from the 12th century to the War of Independence 1919-1921, not Northern Ireland from the 1960s onwards. What are you talking about?

That's why the people of the whole island, north and south, including myself voted for the Good Friday Agreement.

Btw, on the subject of terrorists, what are your views on the UVF and the UDA? Responsible for more civilian deaths than PIRA and carried out in the name of the Union ie the UK. Same question for Novi.
