Religion discussion - muslims, jews, buddhist, and christians

Doesn't look like it to me.

Thanks for posting this.

Funny how blind hate makes one simply blind.

I love Trump and when his fact-deprived haters make fools of themselves, and when the EU fakes pity for the US.

Exactly, Rich!

In certain cultures, say, the Japanese or German, admitting error IS indeed a very big deal. Here in the States, not really, at least, not to that extent.

By the way, when he is quoted as saying what you said he is said to have said, no he wasn't technically "whining", he was ranting, belly-aching, and being his usualy tiresome, blowhard self:-)

Not at all, President Trump was showing pride and respect for America.
Something you Commie Saul Alinsky followers that hate and shame America know nothing about.
That offer of a free one way ticket to Canada still stands for you Lyzko.

no he wasn't technically "whining", he was ranting, belly-aching, and being his usualy tiresome, blowhard self:-)

And, yet, I and 65 million other Americans will take all of that over the best speaker, Obongo, with that fake MLK tone in his lying, pos voice every day.

Please, do not forget that we here are results oriented. How a president delivers those and how many chicks he bangs in the WH basement is, according to the Democrats, so totally irrelevant. I can prove that you feel the same way, it you ask.

Please, do not forget that we here are results oriented.

Results: trade deficit growing again, budget deficit on record levels, inflation up, real wages stagnant, country divided.

As much as I would like to, I can't argue with that. My only point is that these are the symptoms of the permanent American mental disorder that includes the naive voters coupled with a severe case of the Messiah complex that prompts Americans to believe that, without their meddling and spreading money while flat out broke, the world would come to an end. Hence the obscene military budget, UN and NATO funding over and beyond, free trade insanity, love of China, open borders, unchecked and insane immigration numbers, etc.

Last time I checked, there is no cure for this decease. Trump is just a victim and powerless to change things, but not for lack of trying.

Shall we get back on the topic of the thread here.

Grand Jury reveals the depravity of 301 priests who sexually assaulted at least 1,000 children - which the Catholic church covered up
How many kids had atheist parents? The answer: zero. Conclusion: not trusting anything and anybody is good for you.

Michael Savage honestly believes all this sex-abuse stuff on the part of the liberal Dems mostly, is simply their attempt to discredit newly appointed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Savage is probably just doing so for publicity's sake, as with all radio hosts, he's got to create some controversy. Seems pretty off the wall to me, personally.

I always suspected that the Catholic Church priests don't actually believe in God, Heaven, and Hell. Now I have a proof.

If I were hot for some boy, I would consider two alternatives. (1) Go to the bathroom, open a old copy of Hustler, and do what comes naturally, or (2) rape the kid. As a devout believer in God and Hell, my choice would be (1) for fear of spending eternity in a painfully hot place with Muslims guarding the exits.

Well, hundreds of priests chose (2). So my question is why? The only logical answer to this question is that they knew Hell is nothing but a bs story sold to the masses to keep them in line.

The problem with rejecting Hell is that Hell is part of the faith, right along with Heaven and the man in charge, God himself. Since being a faithful believer is not like going to a buffet, one is obligated to accept everything or nothing. Hence, by choosing (2), those priests said, nothing to fear, let's do it.

I am not sure how it is in other countries but here they uncovered the catholic and church of England institutions to be liars for pedophiles. Plus apart from that i have made my own observations on other levels as my kids go to christian school, or they did. Basically it's just a hive of filthy crims hiding behind religion on many levels. Pedo networks is one thing but also neglect, lying to police, deception is their game on every level. As a result of dealings with these subhumans i have long ago decided to never set foot in one of their fake churches or institutions.

Lyzko
25 Aug 2018  #494

@Rich, the Church is essentially an institution, always has been, always will be, often bereft of spirituality in favor of very earthly, bureaucratic control.

Rich Mazur
25 Aug 2018  #495

That was always true. My point was that being a criminal and believing in God are mutually exclusive. Therefore, a priest who preys on kids does not believe in God.

The same exact logic applies to those who didn't report those crimes to the police, cardinals and popes included.

I feel bad that my point wasn't clear. I will try better next time.

Lyzko

At best, its rampant hypocrisy coupled with very individualized belief in G-d, based solely on personal expediency.

johnny reb
26 Aug 2018  #497

Therefore, a priest who preys on kids does not believe in God.

Sources please or is this just another 'according to the gospel of Rich' ?
God knows we are ALL sinners including you and me Rich.
The only difference is that I believe in God and you do not.
So why can't a priest believe in God and also be a sinner like the rest of us mortal men ?

Rich Mazur
26 Aug 2018  #498

Raping kids is not sin. It's the worst crime short of murder. These bastards do it because they know there is no such thing as Hell and that there is nothing to be afraid of.

What they do know is that there is such thing as police, prosecutors, and prisons. And in those prisons there are very mean and nasty dudes who like killing child rapists. That's what they know. Hell? You have got to be kidding? Only in the mind of a sick pervert is raping a child and damaging him for the rest of his life a sin. Sin is when I say 'f***'.

johnny reb
26 Aug 2018  #499

Good Morning Sunshine.

Raping kids is not sin.

Not according to the gospel of Rich but it is according to the gospel of the Bible.

Only in the mind of a sick pervert is raping a child and damaging him for the rest of his life a sin.

I consider it a sin yet I am not a pervert.

Sin is when I say 'f***'.

I don't consider saying F*** a sin, maybe you could show me in the Bible where it says it is.

Good Morning Sunshine.

Good bye. My fault is that I forgot Rule 1 that applies to all debates: never debate mindless zealots and religious freaks.

johnny reb
26 Aug 2018  #501

That would be Rule 1 for the typical Narcissist.
They believes that they are "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high status people.
And the more their pretentious, privileged, exaggeratedly puffed up self image feels endangered by another's position, the more likely they are to react to contrary viewpoints with anger and rage.

That shoe seems to fit very well here.

It feels so good to be away from this cesspool of moral sewage. From ncregister:
... Pope Francis "continued to cover" for McCarrick and not only did he "not take into account the sanctions that Pope Benedict had imposed on him" but also made McCarrick "his trusted counselor."

1. Nobody who believes in God would do it. Hence, this pos 'pope' has no fear of God or Hell because he knows those to be fictional stories. He only feared bad publicity and loss of income.

2. Nobody who does such s*** should be telling anybody how to distribute wealth, build bridges for the illegals, and about global warming.

Sin is a lesser included offense. Claiming that the rape of a child is sin is a cover up and a deflection that should make everyone sick. If that is sin, so is throwing kids into gas chambers. That is why we have tribunals and executions for such 'sinners' because we can't count on popes and God to take care of them.

Priests who PREY together, pray together.

Rich Mazur
26 Aug 2018  #504

...and should be raped in prison together.
Now that we know that the rot is spread from the bottom to the top, can the RICO statute be used to prosecute the Catholic Church as a criminal organization for aiding and abetting criminals as well as obstruction of justice?

TheWizard
26 Aug 2018  #505

And it wasn't just the priests as many other people including techers, councillors and also the failed f..ing police who did nothing and had knowledge. In this country that means there is definitely a whole host of this filth which spreads throughout several organizations. Decades of abuse in which cops arrested almost no one, laughable pricks are on the take.

Rich Mazur

We have this reverence for religions as something even higher than the country. I am really sick of hearing that fake priority list of God, country, and family.

Even when fighting terrorists in Afghanistan, they become the untouchables because they are at a cemetery or a mosque. Armed and with guns but we can't do anything.

At home, prosecuting priests feels almost like blasphemy. A man of God in cuffs, on the way to meet another God's great creation, Bubba. We should never, ever let this happen. Moving him to a different parish is punishment enough and let God be the judge. So goes the sick logic.

TheWizard
27 Aug 2018  #507

People go on too about priests and such doing all those nasty things but i have since worked out how many people in several professions it takes to keep each transgression quiet. Now expand by several countries over decades. How many now?

Priests who PREY together, pray together.

Rabbies on the other hand prefer to do it without witnesses.

mafketis
27 Aug 2018  #509

Rabbis can also count on the discretion of the victims and their families. The rare families that do go public end up being shunned.

Rich Mazur
27 Aug 2018  #510

Why do we need priests or rabbis? Or a pope?
