I dont mind recession, it kills off the weak and reduces competition.

Takes care of the brain dead Trump cultists and red state leeches, that's for sure. My bet is on 2019.
By the way: Australia must be full of weaklings these days, given that they haven't had a recession in over 25 years... ;)

most normal thinking people have already moved on

Don't make me laugh. Hillary ... Benghazi ... E-Mails ... Obama ... Uranium ... Fake news! Sounds familiar?

Prejudices against neo-Nazis and White Evangelical nut jobs ...

See and we are not prejudice against brown atheists fruitcakes.

they are in a delirium, still trying to process a defeat that most normal thinking people have already moved on

They seem to think if they keep crying that it will change the results of the election.
(Parroting the same thing over and over expecting a different result) lol

Hillary ... Benghazi ... E-Mails ... Obama ... Uranium ... Fake news! Sounds familiar?

You forgot the other 101 things that she is guilty of.
It will be getting even more familiar when they take her and obozo down in Trumps second term.
Get those safe rooms stocked up with hot chocolate and crayons.

All bs mate. We had a recession alright but nowhere near as bad. Places still closed and all that but thanks to exporting minerals we got away with it. Clinton not getting in was the biggest disaster avoided so far this century. Her supporters are retards and the mentally ill.

A little banter is always fun but these losers get right down NASTY with their HATEFUL name calling and I will tell you why..........
How anyone could remain so hateful and bitter over an election is beyond me.
Let me reiterate:
Trump is fighting the Saul Alinsky movement across America that is destroying America's culture.
God forbid if Crooked Hillary would have gotten elected.
Crooked Hillary supported the movement to cause chaos as a smoke screen for her personal greed and power grab.
One of Crooked Hillary's hero's and mentor's was Saul Alinsky.
Her senior thesis was about Saul Alinsky.
This was someone both Crooked Hillary and obama (formally known as Barry Soetoro) greatly admired and that affected all of their philosophies.
Let me tell you about Saul Alinsky.
He wrote a book called "Rules for Radicals."
On the dedication page it acknowledges Lucifer, the original radical who gained his own kingdom.
Now, think about that and then think about this.
This is a nation where our founding document, the Declaration of Independence, talks about certain inalienable rights that come from our creator, a nation where our Pledge of Allegiance says we are "One nation under God."

This is a nation where every coin in our pockets and every bill in our wallet says, "In God We Trust."
So are we willing to elect someone as president who's role model is somebody who acknowledges Satan !
Chew on that for a minute.
Of course Atheist's would be very excited if that happened now wouldn't they.
But by the grace of God it did not happen which made Satan very unhappy so now Satan has his atheist army fighting Trump's every step of the way to Make America Great Again.

That is why these losers are having their meltdowns of "I HATE TRUMP" and have resorted to nasty immature name calling.
Back to hell with you Satan.

Folks, nobody thus far here has pointed to one solitary serious piece of legislation which he's passed. At least with Kennedy up through Nixon (not that I'm defending him), one can look at solid results which were accomplished, albeit sometimes at a terrible cost, e.g. LBJ's escalation of Vietnam, though under Johnson, serious infrastructure took place, long needed as well, I should add.

@Wizard, just whom are we supposed to kill off?? By which yardstick does any human have the right to measure "weakness"??! That's not up to one person or one president, but, as it says in our Constitution, based upon the will of the (informed) people.

Folks, nobody thus far here has pointed to one solitary serious piece of legislation which he's passed.

Tpp, tax breaks, spending reduction...

NPR identified 96 laws in 2017

npr.org/2017/12/27/573546883/trump-signed-96-laws-in-2017-here-is-what-they-do-and-how-they-measure-up

Besides we need less new laws and more adjusting to existing omes - especially those that reduce spending and the deficit

Judging a politician by the amount of laws hes signed is just foolish... Its quality not quantity that matters

Are you claiming these are fake scandals?

Are you thick? I said that you and the other deranged sympathizers of the "good people" amongst the Charlotteville crowd are regurgitating that sh*it without success for years. Have you ever moved on? When Mueller delivers one indictment after the other and minions of your so-called president are caught it's all fake news for you clowns. But then you have absolutely no problem with the possibility that tRump is in bed with the Russians. Let's face it, boys, you will never be Americans. You will always be the sons of immigrants to an immigrant country who hate immigrants. Your poor parents must be truly embarrassed.

... that she is guilty of.

Do you miss your tree in the African savanna?

tax breaks, spending reduction

You give a giant tax break to the filthy rich, sign a $700 billion military budget into law, blow an enormous crater into the budget because of that, and then you talk about managing the deficit and reducing spending?

Dirk diggler
9 Jun 2018  #852

Not the point, you argued that trump didn't pass

one solitary serious piece of legislatio

There were other pieces of legislation meant to deal with spending like a recent 15 billion dollar spending cut he just passed.

And all working people got a tax break not just the filthy rich. Check your tax documents and you'll see the percentages have gone down for each bracket

TheOther
9 Jun 2018  #853

And all working people got a tax break

Have you seen the prices at the gas pump lately? That handful of dollars is already gone, and inflation rates are going up. Now just wait until the ACA will get killed and the GOP has no working alternative ready as usual. Then the rest of your tax break will fly out the window.

Dirk diggler
9 Jun 2018  #854

Yeah I habe its mainly due to the Iran deal and geopolitical uncertainty. And its not just US thays feeling the higher prices europe is too. UK reports the biggest increase in 2 decades.

And no an extra $20 or so a week in gas will not negate the huge tax savings for our construction business

Prove it.

Nothing to prove as she has blatantly broke several laws.
She knew very well that sending classified information over her private e-mail server that she had hid in a mom and pops stores bathroom was illegal.

Have you heard the latest crime involving her..
As many as 40 state-level Democratic parties may have been involved in a scheme to funnel as much as $84 million to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign, a campaign finance lawyer contends.

Dan Backer, an attorney based in Virginia, has filed a lawsuit alleging that a plan was in place to circumvent campaign contribution limits set by the federal government.

Oh she is going down alright as the investigations on her and the DNC are turning up more and more on her every day.
When Trump decides to put the hammer down on her she won't know if she has ben punched or bored and will declare mental incompetency to avoid standing trial.

No one is above the law however MONEY CAN BUY JUSTICE as we have seen so far with her.
Have you seen her lately ? Her drug and alcohol problem that keeps her in self denial is really wearing on her.
She will definitely go down as the most corrupt politician in your life time without any doubts.

Was she convicted?

No one is above the law

Yet Trump believes he can pardon himself...

Dirk diggler
9 Jun 2018  #857

Well he can... The US constitution gives presidents vast power to pardon whoever they want.

Was she convicted?

You know that in the US whether a person is actually guilty or not doesn't matter - their lawyer's skills and connections are what counts.

Plus having your husband as a former president and being close to Barack Obama sure helped keep any indictments from being brought...

The US constitution gives presidents vast power to pardon whoever they want.

Accepting a presidential pardon requires an admission of guilt. Let's see if he dares to go down that slippery path.

Dirk diggler
9 Jun 2018  #859

You mean, like Trump?

Yes. Like Trump, Clinton, Obama, Epstein, OJ and the innumerable amount of people who have gotten away with either no conviction or a slap on the wrist. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Accepting a presidential pardon requires an admission of guilt. Let's see if he dares to go down that slippery path.

Not necessarily as there are pardons for innocence, pardons for miscarriage of justice, etc. He's the boss - he can frame any pardon any way he wants to.

@Dirk, hate to burst your bubble but what you've documented all adds up to that other fallacy making the news today, "UNEMPLOYMENT'S DOWN THANKS TO TRUMP".

Bullhonkey!!

What these massaged stats "prove" is simply that EMployment is up among the top exec. jobs aka upper management, to which most Americans don't belong nor even have access. In addition, sure, unemployment's "down" if you factor in the statistic that the majority of those looking for up to a year or more, are no longer looking, they've given up, hence, they're no longer COUNTED as unemployed, although most still remain so.

Don't believe everything you hear on Hannity or Rush. It ain't worth the toilet paper it's written on.

Was she convicted?

Trump is saving that for his second term as icing on the cake of his presidency.

Yet Trump believes he can pardon himself...

If he doesn't Pence will. :-)
There are more Blacks employed now then at any other time in history.
There are less people on food stamps then any of the eight years obama was president.
There are less people collecting unemployment (at an all time low in the last decade) then when obama was president.
I hope you don't mind reusing your toilet paper.

Stop trying to reverse everything back to Trump. Crooked Hillary has been a corrupt politician for decades, way before Trump came into the picture.

Do you miss your tree in the African savanna?

Dont you get tired of being a puppet for the Dems?

I laugh my ass off at you defending Californias Libtard policies as well. Just wait until the bottom falls out and they take everything you own, but you dont care because youre not an American, never have and never will be.

You will always be the sons of immigrants to an immigrant country who hate immigrants. Your poor parents must be truly embarrassed.

I can see why you are the black sheep of your family and disgrace to Australia well. Speak for your parents not mine. Not that its any of your business, but I can trace my ancestors back to the early 1800`s that lived in Virginia and also S.F. thats right! My family has been in California almost 2 centuries before your kangaroo clown act came to shore.............

In addition, sure, unemployment's "down" if you factor in the statistic that the majority of those looking for up to a year or more, are no longer looking,

Those individuals are factored in the labor force which is never talked about and wholly different from employed/unemployed. The fact is though labor force INCREASED under trump. In 2016 it was 158.3 million, 2017 was 159.7 mil and 161.1 in 2018 and participation rates are holding steady. Under obama, labor participation rates dropped from over 66% to a 63%. That's absolutely awful and its due to him giving out handouts to his base and making it was easier to get benefits. Thanks to Obama, a person claiming anxiety or depression can now get disability. That's why over 5 million MORE people went on disability under Obama.m

The employment rate increase means that people who want jobs are finding them. That's because the economy is growing under trump and more people are hiring.

In fact, a new poll shows that the majority of Americans feel confident in the economy and feel it is growing. Only 16% felt the economy isnt growing and is doing worse. Rest were undecided.

Every bureau of labor statistics chart shows how terribly Obama handled the economy. His supporters say oh well its because the population grew - bullshit population growth rates have been steady and shows a near perfect line.

Labor Participation rates - tanked under Obama
Amount of discouraged workers (people who stopped looking for work) - drastic increase under Obama
People not in labor force - slight increase, steeper slope than population growth which shows more people leaving the labor force is growing higher than the us population

Meamwhile disability and benefits claims goinf up like crazy

Meanwhile trump is fixing Obama's economic disaster. Dow is going way up, taxes are down for everyone, unemployment is shrinking, housing prices are going up, labor participation is holding steady and more people are entering the labor force... And it hasn't eben been 2 full years

johnny reb

Dow is going way up

I have done better in the market in Trumps year and a half then I did in eight years under obama in the stock market and that is because the economy is now booming.

The stock market has sky rocketed under Trump.
These Librocrats can't stand seeing Trump being successful because it makes them look like failures, BIG Failures as in their way doesn't work and Trumps ways do.

Their Hate for Trump is growing by the day with meltdown after meltdown.
TRUMP 2020 !

Dirk diggler
10 Jun 2018  #866

Yeah I just hope the reps drive that fact home during the elections. Just focus on the booming economy and tax breaks.

Obama blew so much money its not even funny. A123 battery basically describes his whole economic policy. He spends billions upon billions on garbage green energy, the companies go bust so Obama gives them more subsidies, then the Chinese buy them, Obama then decides well ove spent so much money already we can't let a foreign party own these companies so a123 is brought back from the Chinese who profit $500 mil just for holding the company for a year... smdh....

Oh and don't forget his tripling of the debt...

Worst. President. Ever!!

I have done better in the market in Trumps year and a half then I did in eight years under obama in the stock market

Yeah unless you were shorting you couldn't make much. Only a few tech corps like aapl and facebook were doing well. I did make a decent return when he was re-elected on some healthcare stocks like Aetna tho but at the time I wasn't able to buy as many shares as I would've liked

TheWizard
10 Jun 2018  #867

Things are looking up for the states economically and yes what a change. You guys pretty much nailed it above. Obviously we have the economic lag behind decisions so current markets, employment and so on are results from 6 months ago not last week. Mr Obama didn't know how to kick start the economy with a jolt but Donald got the defibrillator out and just went sick with it. He is still doing it at the G7 just look at thr priceless death stare from Angela in the paper.

At least Bush Jr. sagely holds the spot as worst president in modern times.

Regardless on how much you despise Obama for ideologically reasons, you cant seriously deem him worse than the man who lead the USA into a deep recession and caused with Iraq a War that cost tns of Dollar and thousands of American lifes.
