American understanding of Britain.

, he deserves whatever is coming his way,

Almost certainly nothing.

Under the age of consent in that 'state'

Not in the U.K., hence little chance of extradition.

Savile victims

Savile complainants. Most of the 2000+ people who initially claimed money either withdrew their claims or were denied payment since he was proven to be elsewhere. If someone is a victim of a crime, they deserve justice. If however someone falsely claims that a crime has occurred, they are themselves committing a crime, as we saw in the cases of Carl Beech (himself a Savile complainant who received money; would you call him a victim too?), Jemma Beale, Victoria Hoynes (in the news this week) and others.

if anyone thinks that will be in an American jail

I think the Americans would be capable of throwing him into the dungeon. I mean, if they were capable of electing Donald Trump president ...

but if anyone thinks that will be in an American jail

He will never go to jail just like the fugitive Roman Polanski, who drugged and raped a 13 year old child then absconded to Europe, never to return.

See, when youre rich and famous especially with friends that are Democrats or Royalty, there are a different set of rules.

I guess, we could only hope for street justice at this point.

Perhaps, the Queen of England who very respected around the world should force him to testify. It would be the honorable thing to do. I like the queen and have faith in her:)

He will never go to jail just like the fugitive Roman Polanski,

Did he not spend time in jail originally? I know that he daren't enter the U.K. since he'd be extradited to California.

With Prince Andrew, the request was that he give a deposition to civil lawyers in the U.K, somewhat different.

It would be the honorable thing to do.

As it would be honourable to send Anne Sacoolas back to Britain (from which she fled) to be questioned over the death of Harry Dunn. That however hasn't happened yet. She is however on the Interpol Red List, which Prince Andrew isn't. Interestingly Harry Dunn's parents have called on Prince Andrew to cooperate.

Totally spot on, it's not what you know but who you know..........The Queen will make sure he testifies, you can be sure of that.

But he will never be locked up, not even in The Tower of London.... LOL!!

The Queen will make sure he testifies

Let's hope she does. Providing it's in exchange for the fugitive Anne Sacoolas returning to face justice for killing an 18 year old.

Which is what the current request is about anyway. Their 'state department' getting sore about Interpol wanting the wife of one of their intelligence assets.

Seems like a reasonable deal.

Anne Sacoolas should be ashamed of herself for escaping like that.

Anne Sacoolas should be ashamed of herself for escaping like that

Agreed, but the UK signed a $h1t deal with the USA on extradition.... wasn't that Blair?

Agreed. 100% its taking too long.

UK signed a $h1t deal with the USA on extradition

Since, we have extradition with the UK she should be automatically returned. I dont get it? Ill have to read up.

What the difference with Interpol then, with Pulanski? They will nab him if he goes to UK?

Since, we have extradition with the UK she should be automatically returned.

It's not straightforward. Plus she claimed diplomatic immunity to which she wasn't entitled.

the UK signed a $h1t deal with the USA on extradition.... wasn't that Blair?

Sadly yes, a deal that would be illegal under the constitution in Poland, since it's an unequal treaty. One that was signed with terrorism suspects in mind but has since been used/abused for other things. There's a lot of bad feeling about it within the government and the legal system, and of course lawyers involved, so nobody is extradited there automatically under that treaty any more, especially after Gary McKinnon narrowly avoided being extradited. Part of the reason the Assange extradition case is being dragged out for such a long time, despite the U.K. government wanting rid of him.

What the difference with Interpol then, with Pulanski? They will nab him if he goes to UK?

The U.K. police would grab him, since he's technically a fugitive and the crime in question is also illegal there. He'd be extradited to California, treaty or not. He won't even change planes in London now, just in case.

Not a child.

Yes, very much a child jon.

for killing an 18 year old.

See the difference jon, the girl wasn't of age and it was no accident and it was intentional not like it was with the kid who was of age and it was an accident.

Big difference.

None at all, Jim, since in Mr Windsor's case, it's far from clear whether a crime occurred or not and there is unlikely ever to be hard proof. In fact the complainant (and her PR team and booking agent) have changed her story several times already. In Ms Sacoolas' case, it is clear that a crime occurred since she was driving on the wrong side of the road and there are witnesses to this.

9 Jun 2020  #163

I think you are just confused jon, there was no crime at all in her case as she was just innocently confused with the backward way the English drive on the wrong side of the road.

Not be familiar with that she innocently had an accident.
Hell I have caught myself while driving in Jamaica committing the same mistake.
Andy however intention and knowingly committed a crime as it was no innocent mistake or accident.
Do you get it now jon ?

jon357
9 Jun 2020  #164

there was no crime at all in her case

Causing death by dangerous driving is a crime. She knew which side people drive on.

Stop trolling; your attention-seeking behaviour no longer works.

johnny reb
9 Jun 2020  #165

She knew which side people drive on.

Oh, so you are now claiming she intentionally drove on the wrong side of the road to kill someone ?
Stop trolling jon, your bias propaganda no longer works here.

jon357
9 Jun 2020  #166

Oh, so you are now claiming she intentionally drove

She knew which side of the road to drive on. She admitted this herself..

And you're still trolling.

johnny reb
10 Jun 2020  #167

No jon, YOU are still trolling as everyone here was discussing the F.B.I. being on Prince Andrews tail to have him testify.
Obviously that was unsettling to you to think Prince Andy got caught with his pants down with an under aged child so you tried to do one of your trolling tactic deflections and focused on a completely unrelated topic that you are so infamous for doing.

The thread is Americans understanding Britain, not Britain understanding America.
Now apologize and promise to quit your clever trolling tactics as it is game over for you.

jon357
10 Jun 2020  #168

YOU are still trolling

No, Jim. It's you who tried to relativise Anne Sacoolas' crimes, by falsely claiming she was in the right. She'll be brought to justice sooner or later.

Obviously that was unsettling

Really? I'm no fan of the man. When we met socially I found him to be cold, uninteresting and of low intellect. He did not however get "caught with his pants down". If he had, there would be an extradition request. And there isn't.

And you're still trolling. Baiting too.

johnny reb
10 Jun 2020  #169

by falsely claiming she was in the right.

More of your rubbish jon.......please quote me saying any such thing.
You must stop such trolling jon as I don't take your bait anymore.

Oh man a whole thread devoted to the united kaliphate? Niiiice.. how did i not notice this before

And i think its safe to say prince andrews is guilty. At the very least theres strong circumstancial evidence and testimony. That jew epstein really liked his underage goyim shiksas...
