I wonder how this deal he made with Putin will work out for him. They basically divided that part of Syria up. It's pretty much a guarantee Russia will use this opportunity to destroy the rebels in that area. NATO isn't helping him out any--I don't see how Turkey gets out of this pinch in a better position.

Poland offered to send 100 border guards to help Greek guards. It would be cool if every EU country sent some of their border troops to reinforce Greeks - what a show and sign of unity it would be! :)

Poland offered to send a token of 100 border guards as a window dressing gesture, thus creating the problem for the Greeks as it would show that they are not capable of controlling their own borders by themselves and their 100,000 men strong army. Plus, the language barrier that must be overcome to coordinate who does what, where and when. And who is in charge of that army of 100.
