by a makeshift drone

Yes, it is amasing what Ukrainians are doing to RuSSists with those drones.
It also shows that Ukrainian guerrilla is successfully operating in RuSSist-occupied territories. Such a drone can`t be sent from Ukrainian territory which is too far.

19fortyfive.com/2022/05/putins-nightmare-a-ukrainian-guerrilla-movement-has-emerged/

Ukrainian officials had announced in early April that they expected a full-scale Ukrainian guerrilla movement to emerge in the late spring. They were right.

Duda spoke by phone with President Xi of China.
The discussion largely focused on the consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Duda told China that Russia is causing a world food shortage that will effect China.
China ain't real happy about this and wants the war to end.

rude awakaning is taking place in the US that does not make the "chips"

But this rude awakening already took place and the new CHIPS Act will be passed and enacted probably by the end of this week. Billions going into chip development in the US and Japan is also likely to join. New York is also pumping billions into chip R & D and production. The US will not have the problems that Russia will have. Watch how quickly Taiwan companies expand in silicon valley in order to hedge against Chinese aggression in the future.

While the argument will be made that it takes time do make a difference, in this case, it will not take as much time. Silicon valley has open plant space and all the logistics support needed for companies to move in and develop productions lines. The failures of other tech companies can lead to the repurposing of these spaces.

Meanwhile Putin was talking about arming the Black Sea fleet with new missiles by the end of August. Funny, he doesn't have the tech that would allow that to happen right away. Hypersonic missiles will do about as much good in the Black Sea as a Walkman would do for a Neandertal. Tech is only as good as the people operating it, and your ability to replace tech that has been used. No chips, no missiles. Happy gulag biatches.

cope cope cope... lie lie lie

what lie? what cope?
bro,you dont understand simple things.
i did not provide any factual data, its not why i wrote 345 times . am merely saying that this data given by ukra official are meaningless without context.

why you ppl are so thick?

i did not provide any factual data

The truest thing written in the history of this forum!!!!!!!

russia has consistently hit civilian targets and then retroactively claimed that military equipment/assets were being kept there....

Even if (a big if) Ukraine was keeping military resources in civilian areas that does not give russia the right to attack because russia the aggressor! russia invaded! _anything_ russia does in Ukraine is wrong and a crime because it invaded.

And please find the military targets here....

After deep contemplation I concluded that Europe belong to Russia, Poland and Serbia.

Fortunately people remember socialism and it takes generations to forget. They also remember our dear russki "allies".

Even if (a big if) Ukraine was keeping military resources in civilian areas

its a fact, beyond even debate. every army uses civ infrastructure to certain degree, intensity purpose ect.
the key is ,how often ukra uses it and to what extend.
since this report dont give any data about extend of how often ukra uses civ facilities, therefore its useless
the only use of this report,is propaganda garbage
beside, any civilian infrastructure used by army become legitimate military target .its not civilian anymore.
tell me which part is hard for you to understand?

mafketis
1 Aug 2022  #733

any civilian infrastructure used by army become legitimate military target

Maybe to a defender... BUT NOT TO AN AGGRESSOR! russia is absolutely the aggressor in Ukraine and the fact that it targets civilians far more than military just show how lawless and terroristic it is in its military aggression!

_Nothing_ russia does is in Ukraine is justified or justifiable unless you support the invasion of countries that russia doesn't like (in which case what would you do when they came for Poland?)

Stop defending an aggressive invading force against a peaceful country!

The german media now says the "attack" at the POW camp was actually a planned execution of Azov soldiers....that would be a war crime!

gregy741

The german media now says the "attack" at the POW camp was actually a planned execution of Azov soldiers

hard to say. gotta be some independent investigation into it.
i think it was ukra sabotage. ukra financial and military efforts depends strongly from how much the world hates Russia.
makes no sense for russia to kill mere 3 % of its POW they hold, in such gruesome way.
we saw similar things in Syria "assad chem attacks" so predictable

Bratwurst Boy

gotta be some independent investigation into it.

Yeah....the after war processing of the events will be ugly!

makes no sense for russia to kill mere 3 % of its POW they hold, in such gruesome way.

Maybe because they were from the Azov batallion?

If you paint and treat them as some re-incarnation of the german SS death heads such things become possible....

gregy741
1 Aug 2022  #737

Maybe because they were from the Azov bataillion?

there is strong haterd in DNR towards Azov, but this execution is clearly designed for public relation damage. and to hurt Russia image.
especially cus the target were soldiers that were portrayed by the media as a great heroes.and the method was gruesome.
its serious blow for russia if media mange to convince population that russia did it. nothing to gain for russia.
gotta remember that SBU absolutely specialize in terrorist attacks. and been using it for years. killed motorolla, givi ,zacharczenko ect.

...it's like always...the first victim of war is the truth.

gregy741
1 Aug 2022  #739

yea. what is strange for me how quickly SBU "intercepted" comm of "russian " soldiers ,talking about blowing this prison.
SBU is known for terrorist bomb attacks .and that it have massively infiltrated DNR in the past 8 years.
for ukra 50 ppl killed its small sacrifice, billions in aid to win potentially

Duda spoke by phone with President Xi of China.

Poland has ask China to step in.
Now today, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern urged China to state it is against Russia's war in Ukraine and to aide in ending the conflict.

that would be a war crime!

One on an already long list. The Russians had no qualms with shooting at schools, shopping malls and maternity wards, so I do not find it difficult to believe that they would destroy a PoW camp.

Cojestdocholery
1 Aug 2022  #743

yea. what is strange

is you, aside Russia is know for using all those dirty tricks, it wouldn't be the first time, they have a long tradition of doing all that.

Novichok
1 Aug 2022  #744

The Russians had no qualms

Qualms are inside one's brain. You were never inside Russians' brains so you are pulling this crap out of ...you can finish this sentence on your own.

so I do not find it difficult to believe

What you "believe" is irrelevant. Evidence is relevant.

makes no sense for russia to kill mere 3 % of its POW they hold, in such gruesome way.

Zero sense and no upside for Russia but a huge benefit for Russia haters.

OK, PF Russia haters, why would Russia want to do it? Duh! Is this going to be another episode of Russians, the incompetent barbarians who deliberately do things to hurt themselves? With the subtiltle: Only Mr. Z's army has brains...

cms neuf
1 Aug 2022  #745

Russians are incompetent - we know thar after having been ruled by them

Russians are barbarians - we know that from their long history of murder, rape and theft.

Russians have bad food. I know that because I have tried eating it

Cojestdocholery
1 Aug 2022  #746

why would Russia want to do it?

Becuse they can. To cull proven enemies for the future. To show they can do it with impunity.
Three reasons important for Moscow trash.

mafketis
1 Aug 2022  #747

why would Russia want to do it?

according to the source of the FSB letters (which some believe and some don't) nobody's quite sure who gave the order and it's very probable that it was an initiative outside the usual chain of command, russian institutions are largely losing control and discipline is breaking down....

there is also concern in that no one quite realized how bloodthirsty the russian public was (see the russian messages laughing about the little girl who was killed).

@Novichok
Easy cover up of torture. Simple explanation. Injuries from survivors can be attributed to the blast, and the dead are dead. Next question.

gregy741
1 Aug 2022  #749

Injuries from survivors can be attributed to the blast

have russians also wiped out their memory? stupid theory as fok. it would only acvhieve the opposite. luring international investigators to the place where "tortured pows" live and revealing torturing pows to the world

Tacitus
1 Aug 2022  #750

Evidence is relevant.

Since when do you care for evidence?

probable that it was an initiative outside the usual chain of command

Ian Kershaw coined a similar theory regarding Nazi crimes. According to him, many crimes were commited by Hitlers' deputies without his direct orders because they knew that those were in his direct interests. Hitler himself gave them vast reaching authority and phrased his orders vaguely because he did not want to be directly associated with them, especially after a public backlash against his personally T4 "Euthanasia" program.

No Putin does not order every shelling of a hospital himself. But he has obviously fasciliated an atmosphere in which such conduct is ignored or even encouraged. Which is why he will be hold responsible for it.
