You can skip getting up at 6, taking a shower, eating breakfast..
Ukrainians are not like you and I.
They wake up, and even before eating breakfast give thanks to the Lord for being able to worship Bandera freely. Then they step outside, and spend 15 minutes basking in their freedom to salute the yellow and blue. After thoroughly having enjoyed the sight of their unmolested flag, they go to the kitchen where they revel in their freedom to say all the nasty things about Putin that Russians are too afraid to say. After breakfast, they spend some hours studying the Maastricht Treaty, and masturbating to the totality of protections for human dignity that exist under EU laws.
Feeling throughly European at this point, they retire to lunch - where it is normal among Ukrainian families to play the game of identifying what key institutions play a critical role in a system of checks and balances which prevents overreach by a powerful executive.
Throughout the rest of the day, Ukrainians spend much time reflecting on how wonderful is the absence of corruption, and how well functioning and plentiful their toilets and washing machines are.
Before going to bed, they say a few more prayers thanking the Lord for not placing them under Putin's dominion.
I think this is fairly accurate to how Maf would describe the life of an average civilian in Ukraine.
