Bolton speaks for America doesn't he?

He's whispering sweet nothings into BJ's ears. "America first" ... "Hand over your NHS" ... "Chlorinated Chicken" ... :)

Hey Milo,
It was just a matter of time before another lib expat came along to tell you how to run your country, instead of mine for a change:)

@ KangarooBoy
Go back to Aussie and complain coz Trump is going to win again in 2020 and youre going to cry for your transexual "Divider in Chief II" Moochelle Obozo to run for president coz all you have are turd candidates now! LOL

Green new deal, medicare for all, free college and NO way to pay for any of it, you are a fool to believe in this crap. TDS man!

Trump 2020!!!

Bolton speaks for America doesn't he?

I would listen to him before some Bozo on the internet:)
Making a trade deal with the US will be very beneficial for both countries. The Germans and Brussels don't have your best interest and when the EU finally crumbles you will be sitting pretty:)

Happy Halloween Doug :-)

Ill buy you a case of beer to walk around with this mask?

No. We don't want the Americans buying our country. What have they ever done for us? Always America first, always has been, always will be. Much better to get on well with your neighbours - for example I often watch Mexican TV (football) and can see that Mexico is Americanised (meaning it's a populist lie that the two countries are altogether divided and don't share an immense mutual benefit).

Europe is the UK's Mexico.

We will remember this next time you Eurps start another world war. Youre right we should have never helped the British and you would be eating sauerkraut for dinner. How quickly the Brits forget????

Much better to get on well with your neighbours

Mexico is the worst neighbor anyone could ever ask for! The dump all over us, but thankfully we have a strong President now, instead of a Lib clown like Obozo.

Stay in the EU and let the Germans walk all over you. Just don't come begging us when your little Island turns to ruin.

I have been to an American military cemetery in Normandy and I know what they did for us.............

Lol. You mean Roosevelt didn't mean it when he said "This is a European war ..." and inferred that America would stay out of it;only to enter when the Japs had a fatal rush of blood - just as in the First World War America only came in when it was obvious that the Kaisers' war machine was being destablised by internal machinations.

It would be funny if it weren't all so obvious to the layman that America is only there where it serves America's interests. Philanthropists you are not.

I confidently predict, as Maf has suggested, that No Deal Brexit is a step too far for us Brits. We will not be dictated to by right-wing popuilists, and I look forward to the coming parliamentary battle.

What a pity it is coming in the "off-season", the school year, when I don't drink.

Youre right we should have never helped the British

Well now, I think you'll find that the USA had to be dragged kicking and screaming into World War One, right at the very end of the conflict. American troops only saw action for about the last six months of that war. As for World War Two, if Pearl Harbour hadn't been bombed, it would have been the same story as the First World War.

You have to admit that sending our men to their death without a guaranteed payback was a war crime.

Our "little island" that you seem so desperate to do "sector trade deals" with. Skimming the cream off the milk. No thanks. Keep your money.

@Rich Mazur
About 300,000 Americans lost their lives fighting in Europe and Doug and Atch see fit to belittle that.
They are making the usual mistake of confusing politicians with the people.

confusing politicians with the people

I'm not in the least bit confused. You of all people should understand, given your views on Irish neutrality in the second World War, for which you claim to feel 'disgust' - that was your word - yet I should imagine you have respect for the individual sacrifices of the thousands of Irish who died in that war? Also the number of dead Irish from World War One was almost exactly the same as the number of American servicemen killed and when you consider the difference in the population size of the two countries............

So in a nutshell, just as you are disgusted by Irish neutrality whilst filled with respect for the sacrifices made by Irishmen during the war, so I'm just saying that the American administration didn't enter either war for the purpose of 'helping'. They did it out of self interest, which is usually the main reason countries enter wars. What's in it for us?

Miloslaw
14 Aug 2019  #1457

the American administration didn't enter either war for the purpose of 'helping'

But you can at least show respect for the American soldiers.

Atch
14 Aug 2019  #1458

It's not a question of respect. It's a simple statement of fact. Joker spoke of America helping the British. America deployed troops at the last possible moment in the first World War so the actual help in terms of winning the war was minimal but came at a crucial time. In World War Two, America entered the fray when they did, because American forces were attacked, not to help the Brits.

Miloslaw
14 Aug 2019  #1459

It's not a question of respect.

But it is and you are refusing to show any.
You disappoint me.

Atch
14 Aug 2019  #1460

Now Miloslaw, as I say, when criticizing Irish neutrality, you never said any words of respect to the Irish who served in either of the wars and yet I'm sure you noted all those Irish names when visiting the war graves and I'm sure you have great respect for the Irish servicemen, so of course you understand my point of view about America and that I have great respect for the American war dead, as you do for the Irish.

Miloslaw
14 Aug 2019  #1461

I am glad we are agreed on that.
I have great respect for all the allied troops from every nation that helped to win WW2.

Let me be a mood spoiler here again. Anyone who volunteers to fight in another country for a "cause" is an idiot. If he is married and has kids, he is a super idiot.

Dougpol1
14 Aug 2019  #1463

All this is OT. Joker started it (Oh, no he didn't, he did..etc...) by playing the war card.
Still don't want warmonger Bolton and his "super-deals". Johnson doesn't speak for the UK populace - yet. Let's have an election and then we'll see.

EU all the way for me - not America.

Go back to Aussie

As an Aussie, I could go back to Oz. But why should I? Because a confused PolAm tells me to? LOL!

Joker
14 Aug 2019  #1466

Let's have an election and then we'll see.

Why? You already had a Brexit election and whined and cried about the results and nothing happened, what's going to change now? Nothing, stay in the EU and we Yanks will laugh at you when your ships sinks. Call the Germans to rescue you...lol

Our "little island" that you seem so desperate to do "sector trade deals"

Nope, just thought we could be great partners with a mutual trade ally. I see, I was totally and stupid to think we could ever get along with the Brits!

But you can at least show respect for the American soldiers.

Thanks, Milo:)

Yes and the Remoaners bang on and on about the fact that a "No deal Brexit" was not on the ballot.
Neither was Parliament betraying the decision of The Referendum..... in fact MP's voted to allow it.
Pure hypocrisy.......

Anyway, Happy Halloween y'all !!!!!

Dougpol1
14 Aug 2019  #1468

Do keep up Milo. Read the latest, that MPs are more and more sure that they will never allow No Deal - and Johnson will be happy too. He is only playing the populist game of "I tried, but those dangerous enemies of the people wouldn't let us do the right thing..."

Now where have we heard that populist nonsense before? (And you, a clever chap fall for such rubbish...tut tut). In the meantime I am busy buying pounds as a sure bet because sterling will be back to its summer level in October when Johnson has egg on his face and yet another Brexit extension has been granted, and No Deal is dust.

Miloslaw
14 Aug 2019  #1469

Do keep up Milo

I am, more than you are.....

MPs are more and more sure that they will never allow No Deal

Which MP's and how?
They can't do it.....the battle is over, the war is won LOL!!!!!

In the meantime I am busy buying pounds

That's OK if you are playing the long game, because we will leave on October 31st, so you may have to wait a while to see a profit.

But you will.

Joker
15 Aug 2019  #1470

.the battle is over, the war is won LOL!!!!!

His post reeks of desperation. Your country voted for it and the Libs throw a hissy fit just like American Dems with TDS, that won't except the outcome of a legitimate election either. Get over yourselves already. The majority spoke, the ballots were cast and now BOJO will deliver because May was a joke!

October 31st,

Happy Halloween, live long and prosper:)

But you will.

I don't think they will ever be happy, always find sth top complain about. At least they don't call you racist every chance they get and NO fake Brit hunts:)
