Brexit 2019 and Poland

paralyze the whole country just for fear of changes and loss of privileges

That's the message the press is supposed to distribute, it's not necessarily what's really going on (as in the Ryainair example)

much much much more immigration of young workforce from all over the world

That will only work if they're forced to assimilate to local norms in almost everything (in a coercive manner if necessary). If that doesn't happen they're not they're not going to be any more productive in their new country than they were in their old country. What European country is actually good at that now?

The globalist industry doesn't need assimiliation...it needs workers, laborers who do the jobs (and being paid not to much for that or else the industry is moving to "better" cheaper places).

They give a sh*t about color or language or religion or gender, they don't discriminate at all...they are extremely "progressive" about that!

What European country is actually good at that now?

No one! There is no solution fitting the globalist and nationalist needs at once in sight yet....

But to keep the highly expensive national privileges up in a time where the internationalized industry is leaving for cheaper places and where the workforce is shrinking (meaning those paying for those privileges) means the state (everybody) will be losing in the end...it's not rocket science!

Brexit and Poland. A successful and prosperous Britain after Brexit is a good news for Poland. It would Encourage people to think or just to consider that Poland would/could leave the EU too.

the globalist and nationalist needs at once in sight yet..

You cannot sustain a welfare state with open boarders and mass immigration unless you create a restrictive model of strictly controlled migration. A good example of that is Dubai. I guess that would be a model you are looking for. A solution acceptable to nationalist and 'globalists'.

The problem lies in the detail. Namely a fact that for may people supporting globalism solutions it is mostly about ideology, less people think about in terms of the economy. Anyhow there is only a one party that benefit from that - corporations, fat cats. Others are just a small fry. They are like seagulls, they follow a fishing trawler, feed on its waste and scraps and are very proud of themselves jabbering about market, economy and so on ..

The problem in a nutshell! *nods*

But it doesn't really find them where it's been looking...

In Germany the big industry and also small and middle sized entrepreneurs keep jammering about that they can't find what they need within the native population...they more or less scream openly and loudly for more immigration!

The free movement within the EU and the accession of the central/eastern european EU members saved them for a few years, bringing masses of cheap laborers to Germany, but that resource is drying up now too...

(I think they are also behind the support for the accession of the highly unstable Balkan countries...only looking for more laborers)

Brexit

So logically Brexit being an economic disaster for Britain would strengthen the belief that th EU is very good for Poland. And that is precisely what has happened - support for the EU has increased in Poland in recent years now they see the comedy show in the UK, and PiS has rowed back considerably on its anti EU rhetoric.

logically

Ironside doesn't do logic. He pretends he knows what is happening on the street in Poland but he is some right wing agitator who doesn't know what is good for the country, and wouldn't admit it if the facts don't fit his political mantra.

We have made our lives here and contributed, and can see day to day that Poland would be nowhere if not for the EU. Now it is going somewhere, but no thanks to Ironside and the other ideological negative expats.

You should send this to the American fascists aka Democrats trying to be president. They still believe that we can have both.

Ironside doesn't do logic.

He does well enough in that quoted sentence above.

he is some right wing agitator he is some right wing agitator who doesn't know what is good for the country

Let me guess: you never found a left wing agitator who doesn't know what is good for the country.

Ironside is a berk (look it up) who is happy to live in a modern society but would love for Poland to take a backward step and leave the European union, and be nothing.

Again.
Now do us all a favour "Pole Boy", and go and do one.

happy to live in a modern society but would love for Poland to take a backward step and leave the European union

And don't forget he is a devoted Polish nationalist, so he has at least two good reasons to abandon his comfortable life life in the so-called "progressive and rotten West", but he somehow chooses not to. Why?

Another berk of this type is Dirk who often rants about Poland being his own country by using those silly phrases such as "We in Poland ...". They are absolutely pathetic those proud Polish patriots "od siedmiu boleści".

He pretends he knows what is happening right wing agitator doesn't know, good for the country, wouldn't .. if the facts don't fit his political mantra.

Very well Dough you talking about yourself. Why do you open your mouth about things that pertain to British matters? You have been living in Poland for 30 years WTF do you know about British affairs? Not much, yet you're yapping about it all the bloody time. At the same time you refuse me to the right to do the same you do in regrad of Poland. Double standards much? Well, it can't be expected much from Douglas, he is such a 'bright' man.

Why?

None of your business. Besides what that got to do with the price of fish?
I mean if I were really wrong you wouldn't have a problem with getting it right. Arguments, facts and so on ... after all you are all that (in your minds). How come you only return is either Because I say so, you don't live here or piking on some irrelevant to debate issues?

Is that because I'm right and you have nothing to say yet you feel you must respond somehow to justly your opportunistic position?

Love the latest Guardian headline "Boris Johnson 'hides in a fridge' to avoid Piers Morgan interview" :D

Dougpol1
11 Dec 2019  #2625

Yes. Johnson has fortunately proved to be an idiot Prime Minister.
Just, just, a small chance, for another hung parliament, and a vote to overturn this populist crap.

Lyzko
11 Dec 2019  #2626

Still can't imagine what Britons were thinking when they elected Bojo to 10 Downing Street.

Joker
11 Dec 2019  #2627

@Lyzko
They were probably thinking of not electing another left wing loser and trying to save their country.

Look how sad the clown car leftie candidates are in the USA the only hope they have is impeachment. 😂

Or bring back Hillary 😂

Dougpol1

The UK doesn't want an extreme left wing government Joker.
But you are too biased to know the truth that it shouldn't have an extreme right wing government either.
If Johnson gets a majority I will sleep easy. My England will cease to exist. The England I grew up in will lose its standing in the world for tolerance, just as Poland did after the war, and will follow the racist nonsense that Poles in general have learnt from their masters not to accept " these dangerous immigrants."

You, as a degenerate Trump voter, might not care, but we Brits are of good stock and have respect for ourselves and others.

Joker

Not biased Douggie, but well informed. I don't care anymore since the Brits let their country go to hell in a hand basket. I was responding to Lyzko`s constant crying and trying to put down conservatives.

You, as a degenerate Trump voter,

Speaking of degenerates, you haven't lived in England for the past 30 years yet somehow are still the authority about the UK. Im sure the citizens that actually live there (Milo) are more informed that an armchair QB from Sopot.

. My England will cease to exist. The

You haven't lived there for 30 years, so your opinion is as worthless as mine:) World tolerance, as they intimidated England into submission. You need a leader like Trump!!

And...you aint Polish either, just because you pay taxes doesn't mean diddley squat!

Dougpol1

British, for better, for worse. Invested there all this time through the markets, share of property, and through family and constant visits.
I know you Yanks have no idea of Europe, but Nottingham is 3 hours away for me.
Thanks for your (false) concern.

Why is a moron like yourself even on this thread?
You know nothing of the UK, and precious little of Poland, and the disastrous effect that leaving the European Union would have on many Polish families.

I will now suggest something.
Go fukk yourself, from a great height.

Poland

If you knew anything at all about Poland, you would know that the UK is very important for the Poles, both as a destination for work and as an ally,

Unlike America and its Gorals.

A huge majority for Johnson. Enjoy your country Miloslaw. I will stay in the European Union myself too, by obtaining another passport. It's a point of honour, because I am a European and not a racist bigot, unlike a great many of the morons who voted for isolationism.

Ironside
