It's not a trap, it's clear deal. Don't like it, don't take it.

I was out last night for the demonstration, and it's the first time I've walked around the city in the evening in several months. So, so many bars and restaurants were in darkness, and my feeling is that it's going to take a long time for the previous gastronomic boom to return.

Part of modern life in developed countries. It's possible to stay outside it, however most are in itt to a degree. It's only a trap if you let yourself get caught in it though. And if you do, so much depends on how you use it.


It'll be pre-boom. Sort of 2010-ish.

That's exactly the kind of "choice" I was talking about earlier. I don't think anyone takes loan because they like loan... the dream of having that perfect life (bubble) is hard to resist for many though.


I'm aware of some of my 6 and 7 figure buddies relocated their wealth elsewhere.

Why are we being kept in the dark is my question.

Went out last night in Krakow to a great little wine bar. Signed contract on entering after making a reservation on line. Other people also there doing the same thing, Masks came off at tables. Everything disinfected. No issues at all, and just two blocks from local Police station. Less than 200 meters from Police station in Kazimierz people were dining indoors. More places opening daily here.

Some employees went to Wroclaw and lots of places open there. Gdansk and Lodz police are simply ignoring people who have opened.

As for lowered sperm count, it sure makes the abortion ruling a little more nonsensical then. :-)

I am over all of it. The panic, and fear mongering with no real plans is being played out way to long. The whole initiative to vaccinate the elderly in Poland after health care workers is contrary to rational thought.

Why not be vaccinating those people who can get the country moving again while telling the elderly to stay inside? Get those who could infect the elderly vaccinated so the elderly are not at risk. Giving the jab to people who are 100 years old and showing it on the news is a waste of vaccine. That jab can even put that person at risk. That jab could be a waste if the person just drops from old age next week.

I am not into conspiracy theories. I don't subscribe to NWO things. This virus management plan, not just here in Poland, makes zero rational sense.

Did you forget that even after you get poked you ARE NOT immune and can still contract Covid and still spread it.
All the vaccine does is keep you from going to the hospital and dying.
(So they are saying and we still don't know that we won't have to get poked every six months the rest of our lives to keep it effective)

My question is, "Where the F is the vaccine ?"
People want it and can't get it for a month now.
(Are there that many old people out there )
Now they came out with a Johnson and Johnson one shot vax that is only 74% effective.
Who wants that one ?
Nobody is the correct answer.
And my intuition is that if you refuse a J&J vaccine and request one that is much more effective you will be told to go to the end of the line making you wait another six months.

This is turning out to be one big cluster F.

Yes, it is irrational. Trying to save those who the vast majority of which are not working and are not producing in the economy is stupid. They can simply stay home. Get the country working again. This is the approach that best serves the many instead of concerning ourselves with the few. Who is going to pay the taxes to keep the few alive and collecting pensions when the economy is in the toilet?

Special shopping hours were not enough? This is direct pandering to their voting base that they are killing off because they didnt prepare properly for this in the first place. Now business people and young families suffer? Thats rational?

No way would I even accept a jab if I were over 70. I would tell them to give it to someone who has not lived a full life yet. That is rational.

Well it's not very dangerous to those in reasonably good health under 70... so, the idea is that younger people don't need it (despite the massive hysteria being pushed by the media). If you vaccinate the highest risk group first then that should crater hospitalizations...

The lockdowns were a horrifically dumb idea in the first place. Be careful of what you let governments do because they learn new tricks very slowly, but once they learn it's hard to get them to stop.

Let's forget there is something like morality and decency- most of society is in bigger danger of a brick falling on their head than this thing. They don't need it really.

This is true as they tested high school students who played sports in Michigan and 99.8% of them tested negative.
Yet for some political reason the Governor refuses to lift the restrictions denying the kids social interaction that is so desperately needed.
There are now more kids going to the doctors for mental health issues then there are for physical injuries !
The mainstream media doesn't put those facts on their front page for some reason.

Forget the morality and decency of forcing business owners into bankruptcy and family's to loose everything they have worked for their entire lives? You cant shut down the world to serve the minority. That is exactly what is happening. When this will never go away, its time to start living with the risk of a brick falling on your head.

When the sheep says enough. Or copies after their black brothers with looting and arson. It worked in Portland and nobody did a thing to stop it.

Plus, what stops the Michigan students from getting together in parks - even if it violates your Hitler's orders. Our white problem is that we raise our kids to obey the man.

I am talking organized sports to compete against other cities in the State where they are seen by college scouts to get a scholarship to play at the college level.

And then there are us old F's, like me, who like to go to their games to socialize with my old school buddies and have a bag of popcorn.

I do enjoy other things besides being quarantined at home with my computer to socialize with people like my girlfriends Lenka and Paulina.

what abortion ban? Why people do not keep up just make stuff up and then they wonder why they are treated like trash....
It was a loophole in the law they has been closed. That loophole had been being used to kill children under pretense they might have disabilities where disabilities meant anything from a possible case of a mild down syndrome.

All those women went bonkers not because they are pro-abortion or whatnot not but they took it as taking away from them a 'safety exit' in a case they would have a baby with disability. It is more about women's insecurity than about anything else.

That insecurity has been exploited by fitly commies and loud morons.

Not mixing lockdown with vaccine cue. The mythical brick on the head is actually the virus. 1 million cases out of 38 million people, and less than 40 thousand deaths, many of which are questionably labeled, is not the massive viral killer government is trying to make it out to be.

Over loading of hospitals? You mean like the big one at the national stadium that is virtually unused? Or all the empty beds around the country?

The abortion ban publication in my mind is the government setting off demonstrations in the hope of raising infection numbers to justify these lockdown conditions. Simply not enough people dying to justify them any more, and clearly not many people are afraid anymore.

Faced with the restaurant rebellion, and realising that their legislation is a crock of sh!t, the government had two options - either step back and negotiate, or declare total war. Needless to say, it picked option number 2.

The rebel businesses are now being raided and inspected by everything. The sanitary inspection, the fiscal and customs office, the police, even the freaking FIRE BRIGADE.

One guy put up recordings of these on Facebook. In one week, he was raided once by the sanitary office, twice by the police, once by the fire brigade ("hello, we are come to see if ur place complies with fire safety requirements :^)") and once by the customs office - this last inspection came around to check the pub's alcohol loicense and investigate every single bottle of booze for excise stickers... at 9 pm . Another club was raided by a combined force of the sanitariat, the police and the customs inspection at 11 pm.

This is absolutely insane.

Meanwhile infection numbers have been steady or declining for weeks. We are below the point where the brilliant leaders said we would need to be to reopen the economy. Now they are out of reserves of the vaccine. They planned to get 3 million people the vaccine by the end of March. This timeline gives us 2.5 years before Poland has the vaccine for everyone. Yes, a brilliant strategy in place by PiS.

But lets throw more of our political layers of red tape and BS at the little guy trying to support his family while we offer him nothing and big corporations who already generate massive profits are given "shield" money. Really amazing this level of stupidity not only exists but is in control.

PiS is really going overboard with these restrictions, but I highly doubt that PO or anyone else would've done much different. They're just following the same line as the other EU countries locking down citizens, restricting freedoms, and totally gutting the middle class and small business owners. It's no different than in US, UK, etc. What is needed is a massive worldwide revolt against these lockdowns. For Christ sakes' this virus has a 99.96% survival rate...

A family member recently tested positive for it... 60 years old, good health overall, not a single symptom... not even a sniffle or a cough..

And maf's law is vindicated ( Any discussion of problems with the current PiS government will be countered with counter claims or hypoetheticals against a party that hasn't been in power for over 5 years....).
