Looks like simple math to me. Vaccinated and greater chance of survival. WOW this basic math works.

I got vaccinated because if I refused my wife would kick me to the curb. With that out of the way, I am free to call the covid mafia every name under the sun for lying. If they at least said they were not sure, and that it's all new, or whatever... Instead, we see these talking heads sounding like Moses...

Except they are less infectious and thus dangerous to others if you are unvaccinated.

This mindset is something I really can not understand. Instead of being grateful that modern medicine provides with a safe vaccine that significantly reduces your own personal risks and those close to you, you complain that it is not perfect and has to be refreshed from time to time. One year ago we feared that developing a vaccine could prove impossible. Now we have one and people are ungrateful.


And there is the problem, quite a large percentage of the population can not understand simple math. This is not a condemnation, it is a fact.


It is also by all accounts very annoying to the medical professionals. Imagine having to do double shifts, and not being able to provide you patients with perfect care because a lot of idiots are too selfish and stupid to get jabbed... and among those you have people who still claim that Covid is a hoax while being at a ICU.

Tacitus...I don't know if you have heard what happened in the Berliner Berghain? They opened for the vaccinated only....and what a blast that was...totally full house...a whole night party....full with dancing, sweating, vaccinated people, body on body, breathing each other in....no masks or any other safety measures whatsoever....and why should they...weren't they the new elite now....the vaccinated....the good people of the nation...so much better than the stupid vaccinations denier!

Of course the virus was with them everywhere...many of the crowd got infected...after the party they spread it to others who had been till then still healthy....many got sick....you know the rest.

For reducing your own personal risk you need a brain and a good mask, that's all there is....

I went abroad, I visited pub, go to shops and work without a mask or taking any extra measures and I neither got sick not am I a spreader

If you feel threatened by the free speech of others, and think you can't stop the spreading of their ideas, then this proves your own ideas are weak and unconvicining.

Vaccines work? Wow. Who knew.

Does this one work? Nope. Makes everything worse. But you're not advocating for people to stay healthy. What you're really advocating is for the government to run our lives and for you to be one of the elite who decides how our lives are run.

....without a mask you will still get infected sooner or later. But since you are already vaccinated who cares. My point is I deny that virus entry into my perfectly healthy body as long as I can. I will do everything to avoid it and I for sure won't take it voluntarily with a shot!

Now it's the third shot Germans will probably be forced to take...with a fourth or a fifth maybe coming in the future...additionally to the virus mutations already everywhere ....I don't understand why you are so hot on that virus to get it again and again into your body, I'm just not!

I did it before vaccination too.


And I don't understand why that should be an issue? I assume you are vaccinated against other things?
If you talked about the rushed process, side effects etc I could understand but that?

I really don't think that chinese virus is like any other...it has been concocted by scientists in a laboratory for a reason....call it a hunch. The same suspicion is growing against these newly touted mRNA vaccines...who nobody can be sure about what will become of them in 10 years or so, not even the producers.

And you mentioned the medicine- what makes you think it will be any safer than the vaccine?

I don't disagree! But I don't trust these few informations we get (it's never the full picture), which change every month at that....in times like these you have to be extra cautious and take your health into your own hands...not lay it in the hands of equally clueless politicians...being paranoid is good, even life saving! ;)


It's still transmitted airborne....but you have to invest in a better mask (with a ventil), the common thin masks don't provide as much protection.


It's more about letting the healthy unvaccinated people alone.....especially those pills promising to empty the hospitals and especially the IC units....the less reasons to bother us. I hope not to be forced to take any of those any time soon!

What I'm saying is that if it's such different, dangerous virus created by scientist for a reason would be so easily preventable? Not vary dangerous if that's the case.

Na ja....it's quite sure that leak was an accident, they didn't set it free planned..so we can deduct from that it was not yet "ready"....and yet, it's now part of millions of humans across the world...and will stay that way....how do you know what the original plan was? What the done virus would do to us?

I hope China did it. It shows intelligence, cunning, balls, and aggressiveness in pursuing their own interests and advancing their global domination. One sick guy in Wuhan - probably dead by now - and the world economy is on its knees within month. Based on the results so far, if they didn't do it yet, they will soon. I would if I were Xi. Who needs hypersonic rockets? Send them another virus and watch them locking themselves down and their police become Gestapo as they did in Australia.

How do they suffer? Last I heard, their economy actually grew in 2020 or, at least, grew more than in the US or the EU.

First...I wouldn't believe any number coming out of China....it's all fake! They are unable to show realistic numbers, anything which could "hurt" their image in the worlds eyes.

Second...I recently read about the lockdown in Wuhan...and that is the real thing....since the outbreak the citizens are not allowed to leave their appartements...only in special cases...for nearly two years...unbelievable.

And if that would have no influence on the economy at all it would be a miracle!

And their international standing tanked alot thanks to that leak....I can see the mood change in Germany but also the rest of Europe, people have become suspicious of China...no longer the great friendly business partner....it's seen more and more as the unreliable rising danger it is. That is probably to worst long term damage for Peking!

A mess probably. They'll be ultra careful about Covid (not unreasonably) however there are so many other issues there.

Someone known to me in China who comes from somewhere in north-east Europe was being driven to the supermarket during lockdown and even had a whole crate of masks delivered. He had to pose for a photo with bureaucrats to demonstrate how well it was all being handled. In China, so much is about show.
