Well...two years in and I achieved to keep my health....I truly feel I can take measures to avoid infection and I'm successful!

But walking into a vaccination-station, taking place, waiting for the jab...not knowing if I will survive it....that feels like a lottery-execution...I may be lucky, I may be not....that's just horrible!

By that logic, every time you leave the house you risk catching the virus and die, since no safety measure is 100%. It used to feel that way for me for a long time.... until I got the jab.

If you are that scared by this scenario, then there are so many things you ought not to do... Do not drive cars, do not fly, do not drink alcohol, do not take any medicine unless it is absolutely vital, do not go to public places, avoid meetings with more than 3 persons, no cinemas and other entertainment events ever again. All of this and more is more likely to kill you then a jab.

That's why they should let the people decide....

It would only affect them, then yes. But the unvaccinated are negatively affecting anyone. Kinda like drunk drivers. You are allowed to drink yourself to an early grave but when you get behind a steering wheel and endanger others, you'll face legal consequences.

What you are proposing is using people's own tax to fund a compulsory injection that they don't want. There is no democratic justification for it.

They're especially affecting people waiting for hospital treatment but not getting it due to resources being used on unvaccinated people who are hospitalised.

Of course there is, as long as our democratically elected politicians do so in a manner that is within our constitution.

Indeed. They are affecting everyone. The patients who need treatment, the ressources of the welfare system that is paid for by the tax payer, and the nurses and doctors who are so stressed that more and more are resigning. Hence I have no sympathy for people who are unable to grasp basic probabilities and risk calculations.

There is no 100% safety with anything. People can die to this day from Appendicitis despite our long medical history.

Heck even something as long tested and vital as donating blood can have very rare, yet serious and even faltal side-effects.

....and nobody is getting purposely jabbed with Appendicitis, that is the big difference to the series of real unlucky accidents you listed, don't you get it?

My point is that no treatment is 100% effective yet we do them anyway if they still provide a more preferable outcome. If everyone was vaccinated, we would avoid hundreds of deaths every day in Germany, for the price of a couple of dozens who might die in total from the vaccine. Think about it, thousands of lifes saved each month, possibly more. No lockdowns, no lack of education for our children, no overwhelmed hospitals.

If the EU really thought vaccinations were so important that they have to be mandated for everyone, then they would remove IP protection and prioritize getting poorer countries vaccinated.

But.... they're not, so they're obviously not all that concerned.
This is about control and putting people directly under state control.
You are either for human freedom or a nascent (or fully fledged) authoritarian who thinks governments have the right to make whatever demands they can of citizens (not really citizens... the governed....)

There isn't a vaccine for that. It is an inflammation of the appendix caused by various factors, for some of which there are fortunately vaccines.

Well....hier beißt sich die Katze in den Schwanz. As long as it is possible I might be the one to pay the price, I prefer to abstain from that honor....and I find it amoralic from any government to force me to take that risk.

Maybe the coming availability of a more traditional vaccine could be a way out, but I would like to observe that effect awhile first too....

Should the vaccination become mandatory before that, for mRNA vaccines only, then we get a problem though...

With the rising rates of Covid infections and deaths, why is it that people seem unable or reluctant to check whether someone has been vaccinated when entering premises eg. restaurant etc......the government have recently introduced new restrictions which reduce the numbers of people attending weddings, cinema but what is this actually going to achieve if there is no control on the behaviour of individuals, ie. mixing, no masks, coughing, speaking, dancing....all close contact behaviour...its a nonsense....

The government just haven't gone far enough and seem completely inept and weak....Finally why is it that some people are now choosing not to wear masks when entering supermarkets and shops....why are the management not enforcing the law on wearing masks and if not why are they not being proactive and contacting the police etc..... the complacency is really unbelievable.....

Because it's intrusive, annoying, and quite frankly a lot of people are sick of all these bogus restrictions. Oh some old people died of a cold virus (included those vaxxed with an experimental gene therapy that has unknown long time side effects).. lets shut the whole country down, mandate vaccines, and **** up the whole economy

They are inept and weak (essentially every government in Europe except Sweden completely screvved the pooch with covid responses).

Mostly because their support base is rural, uneducated, religious, reactionary and opposed to all science and change in general.

All the usual suspects here pretending they've not had the vaccine (although they've had it), don't wear masks in places they're compulsory (although they do) and saying they can afford all the fines they don't get. (they can't and don't get fined, since they follow the rules and just mouth off here that they don't).

Here is your basic misunderstanding. By not taking the vaccine, you are taking a much, much greater of risk to your life than by not doing it. It is not a rational decision.


Why? Not only are mrna vaccines looking more and more superior to previous ones, to the degree that in the future they might replace traditional vaccines entirely. You would also prefer a freshly developed one, that would have been tested by thousands of people, instead of one that has been used literally billions of times and has proven itself safe by any standards. Again, thousands versus billions... that is basic probability calculation... . There are even reasons to believe that mrna-vaccines are safer in general, because older vaccinations needed supplicants to create a stronger immune response, which in return caused many of the potentially dangerous side effects.

Braveheart I will tell you why I don't check the vaccine status of people who visit my premises

- it's private
- it's rude
- it costs money
- it costs time
- I have been vaccinated and encouraged my staff too
- I already had Covid
- it's not my job

Looks like covid restrictions are toughening up here in Poland as well as in a few other developed countries. A nuisance, but right now they're part of life.

Enjoy a booster every 6 months or you will loose your privileges. And nothing will stop them from requiring them every 3 months like they started in the UK.

I don't care if you are vaccinated, if it makes you feel safer and happy go for it, it's your choice, maybe even the right one, but I don't claim that I should make that decision for you.

Yes, because I have respect for people if it bothers them. Just like I tell people to take off their shoes when they come into my house. I don't put it on till someone asks me and even then only in this area since it's technically mandated. The local gas stations, pharmacy, etc. don't care it's mainly the grocery stores. Some restaurants mostly chains make you walk in with a mask, then take it off when you're seated... so basically pointless to even walk in with one. And if they refuse service, great, I'd much rather spend money elsewhere.


Yeah they're dealing with spontaneous cultural enrichment and trying to force populations into abiding by tyranical mandates.

A leak from the Austrian government shows that the unvaxxed will be subject to large fines and potentially jail for skipping covid shot appointments. Well, seeing as about 1/3 of the population is still unvaxxed there's still far more of people like me there than there are punk ass pigs.

This may be what starts the revolution in Europe
