The motion will be denied and it will be denied on appeal too. NY grand juries are famous for the strength of their charges when they make them. Some of their cases are landmarks and required study in nearly every law school. NY does not indict without being 99% sure they will get at least some convistion.

Again, all the Trump bashing or Trump pumping is not going to change things. The country needs to move on. Biden will likely be charged when he is out of office too. If he is still alive that is. Clinton is never going to see charges. Time to move on and start trying to make a positive change. Robert Kennedy is even a better option than Biden and he is another idiot.
