When I explain that living standards and wages went up exponentially under his term, how no one dares to mess with putin or Russia, how he promotes the traditional family and conservative orthodox values while making homosexual propaganda illegal and how he is a strongman with 80% approval - a rating unmatched by any leader - they suddenly say oh ya I never thought of it like that. Putin said that Russia is for Russians first and foremost and far to many leaders are too scared to say that. Could you imagine Merkel saying germany is for Germans? Ha! If that were the case you wouldn't have Abdul killing a 15 year old german girl or the nonstop rapes.

I never said putin was good for Poland the West or Ukraine. He's not, hes good for russians ans thats the only cpuntry he should be good for. Meanwhile the West and especially EU plays sugar daddy to the whole third world which its citizens pay for. That's mainly because the West has had limp wristed pencil necks with zero balls for leaders for decades. People like Obama Merkel May Macron etc could never go up against putin. At the end of the day putin is a God send for the Russian people and 80% of Russians approve of his leadership because they see he is making Russia relevant and powerful again and nobody ***** eith Russia now like they did under gorby and Yeltsin .

On some level I have more respect for Putin than for Trump. The Session's nonsense would last exactly 5 minutes in Russia. Only in America, a Republican department can on the basis of fake opposition documents investigate its own boss who plays a powerless baby, whining and complaining on the internet. He's not, he did nothing to move the economy beyond resource extraction and is completely at the mercy of the price of oil, he's having to raise the retirement age and when Russians are hit with natural disasters they get absolutely no help from the state at all, he's facilitated massive levels of muslim immigration (from Central Asia so not as toxic as the middle east but also from the Caucasian region so... if anything even worse) and China is busy colonizing big parts of Siberia...

The Sochi olympics were his crowning achievement a pleasant facade masking unprecedented levels of cheating (oh and the Russian taxpayers had to foot the bill after Putins' oligarch buddies decided they didn't want to make good on their promises after all...)

And considering putin has an 80% approval amongst Russians, a western stat not a Russian one, more than any politician in the West who's overjoyed at breaking 40% let alone 50%, obviously putin is best for russia and the russian people

Russians had no problem with the living in the Soviet Union. That's a very different mentality from Poland (which hated being aligned with the Soviet Union).

That's because Russians ruled the Soviet union. The republic's were all supposed to be equal but everyone knew that Russians and Moscow held all the power. Also it's one of the reasons why many Russians want a return to the Soviet union. And even as early as Stalins era to today the Russians viewed central Asians as vassals that they enlightened and taught them that they shouldn't trade their women for sable furs and exposed to modernity. If it wasn't for the Russians there wouldn't be dams, rocket launch sites, factories, hospitals all sorts of sh1t in Siberia.

Again Russia is not Poland, putin is not good for Poland but he's certainly doing a better job ruling Russia than Yeltsin and much of the Soviet leaders before him. No matter what, no one ***** with russia or putin and Russian people are very positive about putin that's why he has an 80% plus approval

"America" - whatever it is - has been digging its grave for decades and the trend can be actually measured in dollars.
Just as we have to disclose our assets and liabilities when applying for a loan, add what Americans have, subtract what they and their government borrowed and you will have a very negative number for. And it's getting worse. That is the real American "prosperity".

That Trump tax reduction is nothing else but more of the same - a stimulus Americans will spend on imported stuff and happily add to the national debt.

One thing about us though is it is still the land of opportunity. If you have the drive, the ambition and perserverance you can start from being totally broke to being wealthy in a fairly short amount of time. I don't think any other country has quite the social mobility that the us does. The sad thing is it's seems like it's more immigrants that realize that than Americans. The wealthiest ethnicities in the us are Indians and east Asians. Many of them especially Indians came here broke. With Asians especially Chinese it's a bit different now though. The universities are flooded with Chinese people. In some cases unis has to limit the amount of Chinese to make the student body more proportionate, to the Chinese students dismay of course.

One thing is for certain though - white Christian Americans have to seize the opportunity while they can and while Trump is still in office. Because as soon as there's a liberal like Obama or even liberal governors, Congress etc it'll be war against white Christian conservatives again. This is but a brief respite in the battle of liberals and socialists against white conservatives especially Christians.

So was the communist Poland for the store owners on Chmielna where a pair of shoes would take a monthly salary of most people. And "badylarze".

This is just an example how some can prosper in a sinking and doomed economy. The US will be no different with its disappearing middle class.
