Most of the non Jewish population that Israel is responsible for are subject to a different legal system. Jewish people in the occupied territories are not treated the same as their non Jewish neighbors. That is apartheid

I do hope you understand the difference between something being binding, and something being enforceable?

When the topic of discussion, some months back, was Putin - the whole NATO brigade here spilt much ink describing how "Putler is f*cked" - despite Russia never having ratified the Rome Statute. I suppose it was naive to assume people knew what they were talking about.

Are their women raped and burned alive? Are their breasts cut off alive? Are their babies and grandmoms kidnapped and subjected to existing in dark tunnels with no lights and no end in sight? Hungry and cold and abused daily? Are they?

Israel knew exactly where the UNRWA employees were as they requested a list of their employees despite claiming not to occupy Gaza or the west bank. Not one single objection was raised by Israel despite every employee being vetted by their security services.

Is it just a coincidence that Israel and those who complicit in their genocide suddenly have problems with the supposedly HAMA run UNRWA?

If the Israeli people had voted for governments that wished to implement Oslo then there would be a Palestinian state they could take to the ICJ. The Israeli people didnt do that every government they elected was opposed to Oslo culminating in the Israeli people electing a genocidal war criminal.
