Can you tell us WHY you did this as there was nothing in it that was inappropriate besides jon losing the debate rather badly.

If it was going to be removed from the main page to Off - Topic, why weren't the post that went along with it added also ?

Actually, thousands of Jews are leaving France each year because of their fear of Muslims. Granted yes, much of this is due to the Israeli government stoking fears and offering generous relocation packages, but nonetheless many Jews cite that safety is their prime motivation for leaving France. No, not everyone in Europe is killing each other. However, there is a lot of violence, a lot of animosity, a lot of hatred, and a lot of tension in Western Europe now. Millions of white Europeans are not happy about the waves of migrants coming along.


So women being fondled and raped in Cologne, the Swedish police downplaying migrant crime statistics, Pakistanis who abused hundreds of girls over a 10 year period in London, and terrorist attacks in Belgium, France, England, Denmark and all the crap happening in Germany - that's all B.S. and not true right? ... It certainly isn't all hunky dory in Europe and the majority of the problems with crime, terrorism, fundamentalism, rape, theft, and billions of dollars being needlessly spent are because of the migrants. These problems didn't exist before they started coming here and the billions spent on them should've been spent on the taxpayers - not people who haven't contributed a dime in income taxes to the country yet are demand free food, housing, and money.

No, W. Europe doesn't fit me because of what it has become. Western Europe was a way different place in the 90's and even 2000's. It's totally declined in the past 5 years and I just pray to God that Poland, Czech Republic (which is actually my favorite country to visit), Serbia, Hungary, Slovakia and other countries do not become what Western Europe has. Thankfully, the welfare system is far worse in these countries than in Germany and Sweden so the migrants don't really want to come here because they won't be able to freeload and will actually have to work to survive.

I have no idea who might fire the first shot, only that we have a situation in which society is dangerously divided. Either way, should someone fire first, the opposite side will fire back. At which point, we might as well all move to the UK.

@Adrian: do you really believe that in w. Europe, you have these events all the time??? I lived in the US, which is the most violent country in the world but I have NOT seen much violence. Why do you refuse to believe that in w. Europe these are exceptional and that every day's life is quite normal? If w. Europe was so bad, why would tens of millions Poles (and others) live there? No, western Europe is not like what you claim. Of course, media report misdeeds because 1. western Europe is democratic and media are free and 2. media by definition only report the sensational.

I never once said that everyday life isn't normal... I said nothing of the sorts. I stated that W Europe has gotten more dangerous and that there are far more terrorist attacks in Europe than there is in the US - which is true.

Violent, perhaps - although this is mainly limited to bad neighborhoods with majority black and hispanic population. The people in the suburbs are far removed from this.

Still though, the US has far less terrorist attacks than Europe. Europe, especially Belgium, has become the new capital of jihad in the West.

I don't know where you have this fetish that I somehow believe people shoot at everybody all the time. I never said that - not once. I stated that there are far more terrorist attacks than in the US and that Europe has become a dangerous place due to the migrant hordes - as shown by the fact that even the police are scared to into the Muslim ghettos in Belgium, France, etc. Many respected news outlets claim that the government has lost control of these areas and they function essentially as semi autonomous zones. The fact is, poverty, drugs, crime, unemployment, terrorism, and extremism are rampant in those areas - that is fact - no, you probably won't get shot if you walk in - but those areas are nonetheless dangerous and they are the direct result of Europeans allowing Muslim hordes to settle in while providing them with food, money, and housing courtesy of the taxpayer while all these people do is breed, pray, and complain that 'society isn't fair.'

That 100, 000 figure includes the 90,000 Christians killed in the civil war in the DR Congo by other Christians, but obviously that doesn't suit your agenda of blaming the Muslims now does it?

If you had bothered to read the link I supplied ( or maybe you did but didn't like what it said ), you will have read that the figure all the above organisations are quoting comes originally from The Centre for the Study of Global Christianity ( CSGC ) who publish a yearly figure in their Status of Global Mission. Their researchers obtained that figure by estimating the number of Christians who died as martyrs between 2000 and 2010. They reckoned that was about 1,000,000, and divided it by 10 to get an annual figure of 100,000.

Between 2000 and 2010, there was a civil war going on in DR Congo. Over 4 million people died and the CSGC counted 900,000 ( 20% ) of them as martyrs. Divide that figure by 10 and you have 90,000 a year.

I am not saying that you are wrong in that people are being killed for their faith, and of course this is terrible, but that 100,000 figure includes those victims who died in a civil war. So if you deduct the 90,000 from the 100,000 figure, you are left with about 10,000 Christian martyrs per year, which Professor Thomas Shirrmacher from the International Society for Human Rights says is more likely to be the order of magnitude.

In his words " One has to see that there is no scientific number at the moment. It has not been researched and all experts in this area are very hesitant to give a figure," he says.

"We are starting a research project with several universities worldwide on this topic and there we start with a guess of 7-8,000 Christians killed as martyrs each year."
