Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 13

Tacitus

@Novichok

The scale of rationality was set by your pimps in DC.

The US has never commited a folly that was even remotely comparable to Russia's war against Ukraine. Russia has now lost more soldiers/equipment in this war than the US has in all their wars since 1945.

Which is why the US is still a superpower, and Russia is China's b*tch.

Worry about Germany.

Germany used to be a superpower. Now, it's a US bit*ch...killing Russians...invaded by migrants and Muslims who will never leave ..., a ballless, guilt-ridden shadow of itself...

Do you realize that I am a better German than you?

Germany first is my slogan. What is yours? We are sooo sorry...please forgive us... Yes, Americans, whatever you say...Is that it?

I would tell the US to get fvcked with their sanctions and keep buying what Germany needs from Russia. That's just for starters...

.killing Russians...

The Germans don't do that.

Why isnt anyone mentioning Ukraines invasion of Russian territory? This is perhaps the smartest move Ukraine has made since the counter offensive in 2022. They have taken a nice chunk of Russian territory very quickly, and in the process have scarewd the sh1t out of locals. They are doing this with seasoned veteran fighters as well, not new recruits. Securing a nice portion of Russian land would make for a nice bargaining chip when discussions eventually take place to end the war.

The smartest part was not telling the US ahead of time because Jake "from russia with love" Sullivan would never have allowed it.

US has never commited a folly that was even remotely comparable to Russia's war against Ukraine

the US has done some incredibly dumb stuff in foreign policy but russia deciding to invade a peaceful neighbor was several orders of magnitude stupider...

that's the problem with dictators... they get a bug up their a$s and everybody around them has to pretend it's a good idea and the next thing you know they've made a grim demographic future far far worse while burning every diplomatic bridge in Europe (except for a few irrelevant countries like Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia).

@mafketis
Contrary to your statement, this took place right after the US gave permission to use its weapons in Russia against military targets. Anyone thinking the CIA isnt involved in every move Ukraine makes now, after the failed counter offensive last year, doesnt know what strings US aid comes with.

Reading more about this taking of Russian land, the Ukrainians are moving pretty fast and taking some keey points of operations. They gained 10 km of penetration and over ran Russian defenses taking one of the logistics hubs. If Ukraine actually has the manpower, they could do some damage, and Russia can afford to take too many men from the western front lines. Put some f16s in the air for support, and it could get very interesting very quickly. That said, I dont know how Ukraine can fight on two fronts unless they somehow increase the size of the army by thousands.

It is a great piece of politics by the Ukies - even if it has no military logic.

What is best is that the usual shills for North Nigeria - like Orban, Vance, Farage - cannot complain about it, they paint themselves as common sense thinkers and it makes common sense that both sides can invade.

I am amazed that it's taken the North Nigerians 3 days to push them out - it's another terrible performance by their military

@cms neuf
Thats the thing, I dont think Russia is going to be able to push them out without taking men away from the western front, or sending in troops that are completely green. Moving men from the west would in theory give Ukraine a better ability to gain ground there. Sending in green troops would be a blood bath. This is a very good strategic move IMO. If they can take more land it is a big problem for Vlad optically, and would definitely make more Russians think about the war in a different way. Going to be very interesting on this front.

BTW is Rusniggeria the first nuclear armed state that had its territory invaded by a non-nuclear one? Way to go down in the history books, Mr. Putler.

No. The US is invaded by the hordes of useless foreign garbage no other country wants. No, it's not Kamala's fault.
It's the morons who voted for that DEI bit*ch's boss who are at fault. Next November, those same morons will replace POS #1 with POS #2. POS #3 in tow...
BTW is Rusniggeria the first nuclear armed state that had its territory invaded by a non-nuclear one?

The US was the first nuclear superpower that lost to tiny people with AK-47s and bamboo sticks to breathe through while hiding in swamps.

Later, the same nuclear superpower left Afghanistan in a semi-panic leaving behind a bunch of cheering herders with AK-47s. Almost a copy of the last days in Saigon...

Today, that superpower sends millions to the herders with AK-47s. Nobody knows why...and where that superpower finds the money...since it's flat broke...

Conclusion: AK-47s trump nukes. That's how good that Russian rifle is.

According to the information we just received, the Russians are evacuating valuables from the cities in the Kursk region.

Newest reports have Ukraine 30 km deep in Russia now. Russians evacuating and this is no small Ukraine force. If Ukraine gets Kursk, its going to be very interesting.

In a conflict between a Special Operation aka known as Police Action and a war, the war will win every time. See Vietnam and now Ukraine.

A reader's comment from RT:

Russia's biggest mistake is the softness towards Ukraine.

Spot on. You can't wage war against people you see as brothers or against a country with no-bomb zones.

The US tried that method in Vietnam. It didn't work very well...

pawian

You can't wage war against people you see as brothers.

Holy words. Now Russians and Ukrainians are mortal enemies. Excellent! It was high time for Ukrainians to learn about the true nature of their "brotherhood" with Russians.
But as they say, better late than never.

biggest mistake

Also, they say: you learn by your own mistakes/

North Nigeria isn't capable of carpet bombing Ukraine - they have kept their air force in hangars, their missiles are mostly intercepted and their artillery and tanks are too old.

mafketis

high time for Ukrainians to learn about the true nature of their "brotherhood" with Russians

A Ukrainian friend told me the 'brotherhood' is entirely a russian creation and that Ukrainians have never been on board with it. Further, Ukrainians have never much liked russians let alone look up to them (russians are convinced that Ukrainians more or less worship them).

The enmity doesn't pose problems at the individual level and they can be friends or more with individual russians but at the state level the russian model of society has never appealed to Ukrainians (why they never had the perverted russian domostroy for example).

Galeev also wrote about how basic russian values toward the tsar have always repulsed Ukrainians....

Still, even the smartest russians have enormous difficulty in learning and assimilating these basic facts....

Z will ultimately regret his Kursk PR stunt. Here is why:

And comments:

Do you remember the 7-day war with Georgia in 2008? Medvedev was the president at that time. Putin's caution, unfortunately, leads to sad consequences.

And to think all this could have been avoided in 2022 if Boris Johnson had not shown up?

Ukraine troops won't be coming back home

cms neuf

It's not a PR stunt. They are destroying North Nigerian installations and taking pressure off the other front.

Instead of making dumb videos idiots like Medvedev should travel to the front and talk to their evacuating citizens

Alien

Ukraine troops won't be coming back home

The Russians, however, did not even reach the battlefield. Complete annihilation of the entire column of Russian trucks filled to the brim with soldiers who were supposed to save Kursk. Hundreds killed.

Korvinus
10 Aug 2024  #508

Reports indicate that the situation in the villages deep in the Kursk oblast is really bad. The people have no electricity and running water. Not a single house is left without broken windows, and the people have to hide in ditches and mud. But the greatest concern on people's minds is what will happen once the military activity breaks out as the Ukrainian army should reach the area within a week.

It's been enough of senseless bloodshed. Russians should grow up and and just concede Kursk province to save the civilians. They're propped by China to wage a proxy war against their brothers and provoked a response they weren't ready for.

cms neuf
10 Aug 2024  #509

Absolutely - the Kurskis should use common sense and surrender

pawian
10 Aug 2024  #510

use common sense and surrender

And join Ukraine which has prospects for becoming a prosperous country when in the EU. While for Russia it is only a ride downhill into disintegration and chaos which will surpass the Troubled Times tenfoild.
