I didn't like her views. I thought she was a narcissist and an egomaniac. The best proof of this, was when she posted a message a teenager sent her from Crimea, expressing support for her. She exposed his ID and his address. The next morning, the FSB came and arrested the boy.

When people confronted her about posting the personal info of people, resulting in their arrest, she stood firm and said "I don't pay attention to who is writing to me."

Despite most Ukrainian soldiers speaking Russian, she said she can't call those soldiers Ukrainian - because they use an enemy tongue.

So I understand exactly what type of amoral creature this was.

Your difficulties in fully articulating your hatred for Russia could of course be the result of certain cognitive deficiencies... however I think lack of practice is more the problem.

I would recommend reading some ancient Babylonian and Assyrian texts. They do hatred quite well in those. Also, you could read the letters of Kublai Khan and Hulagu Khan to various middle eastern rulers.

You can also lean on astronomical concepts. For example, "I hate Russia with the fiery passion of an exploding supernova." Maybe, "I despise Russia with the intensity of a supermassive black whole devouring entire galaxies." How about, "I loathe Russia with the relentless fury of a gamma-ray burst tearing through the cosmos."?
